Dr.Roy is the best doctor that I have ever been to, she listens to your needs and does everything she can for you. I have been with Dr. Roy for 14 years and she has done so much for me. I have pcos and if it was not for her I would not know what to do. She is caring and loves her patients.

Quantity versus quality seems to be the practice of Dr. Roy. Each of my visits found an overcrowded office and long wait times...45 min. in waiting room and min. 15 minutes waiting in the exam room. My pregnancy was problematic, ultimately ending in miscarriage. Each visit to Roy seemed rush and strained, as if she had too many patients and not enough time to answer questions. Kristen Roy's demeanor was very cold, showing no personal sensitivity to my miscarriage symptoms or worries. Hurried medical jargon with a lack of patient connection or feeling. Perhaps she witnesses too many problem pregnancies, and now lacks any type of sensitivity? If this is true, it is sad for all patients who visit Dr. Roy. Her tardiness was a huge factor when I ended up at the hospital and waited many hours for her to arrive. The hospital staff phoned several times. Each call, she was "on her way." Hours later, even the hospital nurses said I should get a new doctor! Would not recommend!

Dr. Roy and her staff are the best. They are all very professional and friendly and put at ease. I have never had to wait very long for my appointment and I have been going to her for many years. She does not rush you, she listens and actually remembers your case. She makes you feel she truely wants the best for you and will try her best to get it. I think she is the best and would recommend her, as a matter of fact she was recommended to me from one of my other Dr's who practices out of a different hospital.

She saved my life, by finding chronic myeloid leukemia and atypical hyperplasia in my right breast. She had to do a complete hysterectomy, a surgery that challenged her. I found that she was the first doctor to hear my cries for help, as I knew something was wrong with my health. I will always be greateful for her for helping me through a very difficult time in my life.

I would recommend Dr. Roy to anyone who is looking for an OB/GYN. She is very professional and understanding. Her bedside manner is top notch and she has always been very sympathetic to how uncomfortable being the patient at an OB/GYN appointment can be. Her knowledge is also above par and she really cares about her patients. I just wish she was a Primary Care Physician so I could bring all my health care concerns to her.

I've seen Dr. Roy for almost 10 years now and she's been excellent every time. She's prompt, gives you her complete attention, gentle, and puts you at ease. I've recommended her to several friends for OB and GYN and they all loved her. She's really willing to sit down and listen to you. Highly recommend!
