I have been visiting Dr. Josh Brower for the past few years and have remained with him despite moving to another nearby town. The reception and hygiene staff were efficient and friendly. All of them have been professional and competent throughout the time I have experienced their practice.

I went in to see Dr. Brower knowing that I had to have some major work done and that is would have a significant cost. Dr. Brower and his staff worked with me and put me at ease. I got a thorough explanation of what I needed to have done, options available and the costs. I was very impressed by the openness and helpfulness of the Dr and his staff. I had a dental emergency a few months when I had to get my broken filing fixed quickly. I called Dr. Josh Brower’s place and was able to get an early appointment at 9am. The service was outstanding and the hygiene staff was kind. I didn’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes.

The best dental practice in Sioux Falls. I started visiting Dr. Brower’s clinic when I lived there but still visit him when needed, even though I have moved across town. I have been to him for routine checkups, teeth cleanings and a few extractions and never had any issues. Highly recommended practitioner.

Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. I waited while he had casual conversations with patients with whom came after I did. Sat in the chair for 3 hours while an assistant tried to make an impression. At the day of cementing the crown, it clearly did not fit but Dr Brower did everything possible to jam it into my mouth. This is the third crown I've had in the same spot and never experienced such horrific dental care. I suspect Dr. Brower did not want to redo the impression, after all he owns the lab and I suppose it would've been more money out of his pocket to do it the right way. Pretty sad considering I'm the patient and clearly the crown was too big to even consider going in. It was such a bad experience that I actually left before the procedure was over.
