Dr is excellent but staff ..mostly when to comes to how bill is paid can be very rude.. at a time when a little compaassion or just a smile would help except for one or two its often not found..made to feel belittled when asking questions qulity doctor but not worth the agrevation

Dr. Van Grouw is very mellow and a good gentle doc. His staff on the other hand is rude and unhelpfull. Avoid this office due to the hags.

Very knowledgeable,caring. I would recommend Dr. Van Grouw to anyone who needs a great orthopedic. Very pleasant bedside manner. Easy to talk to and answers any concerns you may have.
