Impossible to get any help from the office or the doctor. The staff is ridiculously self-righteous and unhelpful. I'm not sure but the office seems to be in violation of HIPPA. She wishes to diagnose you through a third person who is not trained. People who haven't taken the same oath that the doctor has. (Not that the oath means much to Dr. Chau, in my opinion) An incompetent medical assistant who likes to play doctor. Makes her feel good to be the wall between you and your doctor. Mary seemed nice but I would say that's just a front. Doesn't want to deal with patients one on one for any period of time. Multiple times I have requested and begged to speak with Dr. Chau and all I get is 'I'll tell her." Of course, she never returns my calls. Something has changed since the last time I saw her in September 2015. Something is making the doctor not care about her professionalism. Possibly something in her personal life is taking away from her being an efficient & skilled doctor. She doesn't seem to care about anything but preserving her source of income. All of this is based on my experiences and my opinion.

Great doctor, rude and incompetent staff. I've been going to Dr Chau for quite a while now but lately there seems to be a change in office service. If there could be an overhaul in staff and staff management, I would highly recommend Dr. Chau. But I cannot when the majority of your time there will be dealing with the staff. And lord help you if you need to speak to the doctor. I was told that the doctor doesn't make phone calls that I would have to make an appointment to speak with the doctor and that appointment would be in two months. In what world does a doctor not talk to a patient. I really liked Dr. Chau herself I think she is an amazing doctor but her staff is going to leave her with no patients. Dr Chau please revisit your practice of not talking to patients over the phone to get more information especially when you have your incompetent staff call the patient to give them instructions. I am so disgusted with the service the last two months.

Dr. Chau consults with people who aren't family members even if you instruct her not to do so and if you tell her not to do so she then refuses to speak to the immediate family member who instructed her not to do so. Her staff is rude. She has the patient sit down after waiting and waiting while she's at her computer for 15 minutes and hands out excessive Rx's -

I am at a loss as to why Dr. Chau entered a helping profession as she seems so ill-suited for it. She communicates more with her laptop than her patient while in the examining room. It is unclear as to what her office hours mean as during those times she may not be there or be unavailable due to meetings. She does not return phone calls even when medical information needs to be passed on to the patient. She may even smile or talk sweetly for a one to two minute exam, but if you cross her like I did with a criticism, she switches to raising her voice, shaking her hand at you, and telling you she does not like the way you talk to her. It does not seem like she enjoys the patient part of her job. She is not skilled in office managment nor service coordination, so you might wonder why she remains in this medical practice.

Dr chau is only about helping patients with a PPO INSURANCE plan because it pays more. Tony is her husband and "office manager" who makes fun of the patients just to make the office girls laugh. The entire office has had to be shut down by OSHA a few times, only to be paid off to keep practicing.

I can't belive that having Dr Chau as a primary care would be having to go to urgent care everytime you need mrdical care! It is imposible to get an appt when you are sick and on need of medical care... She is great as a Dr but if you can only get appt for yearly exams then what is the point.

Very disappointed with Dr. Chau's practices. Although she is a nice enough doctor I discovered very quickly its all about trying to get as much money out of a patient as possible with her. 2 visits in one month just to get medications refilled and even wanted a 3rd time in less than one month to get maximum revenue out of each patient. Very disappointing very! I wont recommend her to anyone anymore based on this experience
