At first she seemed normal but then you can tell she seems a bit evil. Idk if she's actually nice or just two faced? Her husband is a weirdo and when we met him some of us have found him creepy! Past experience, she seems like she's changed for the better but will avoid this dentist in the future. Her husband really creeps me out, seems I'm not the only one!

Her husband is a weirdo and I find him creepy, especially from khane. She's not so bad and slightly friendly but husband is super weird and I get weird vibes from him when he's around! Weirdos from khane.

Great dentist and staff. Really pays attention and explains what she is doing. Amazing follow up. She called to me on the weekend to check on me after a procedure! Who does that?

I have been going to Dr. Jessa for over 5 years and she has been absolutely wonderful!! Her and her staff are the most caring people I have ever met and each and every experience is incredibly pleasant. I tell all of my friends to see her, she is even worth travelling to!

Worst dental experience I ever had. I went back a few times to have my problem fixed - but she was unable to correct the dental work she did. She even said "What do you want me to do"!!!

Dr. Jessa was great today. It was my first procedure with her and I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. She was gentle and very patient and has a reassuring demeanor. Dr. Jessa took the time to explain the options available to me and the steps she was taking and this helped immensely to keep me as calm and relaxed As possible. She paused when I needed it and her assistant was very sweet and wiped my years for me when my anxiety was peaking. She really took the extra steps to help me through something that is super difficult for me. I am grateful that there are sympathetic professionals like her out there to help folks like myself. Highly recommend her and will be taking my toddler to her for his first dentist visit, without a doubt. Thank you Dr. Jessa and staff. 5 stars all the way.

She was the best dentist I have ever gone to. First, instead of modern day pop, she plays sweet smooth jazz. She came in and introduced her very nicely. I don't know about the comment before this about the money hungry dentist because this was not the case. It was affordable. After, I got a complementary piece of gum and chocolate. I also noticed that she gave kids toys after the appointment. Dr. Jessa is the best dentist in Richmond Hill. I strongly recommend her to anyone of any age.

Dr. Jessa is an amazing dentist. My husband and my 3 children go to her. She takes the time to explain what she is doing in a compassionate way. She is knowledgeable, caring and takes her time. I would recommend her highly to anyone/
