can be very "out of the box" if need be, highly recommended, but getting hard to get an appointment as he is not in Bashaw very often any more

I have 4 children and they all love Dr. Koen. He is the best doctor our little town has ever had. We hope he stays around for a long time!

Dr. Koen is one of the best doctors around. We are very very lucky to have such an awesome doctor in our community. (Very handsome too!!!) He is a very compassionate and caring indvidual. It would be wonderful if we had more beds available at Bashaw for admissions and also an emergency department. Not only is Dr. Koen an asset to our community but his wife and family are absolutely delightful. Thank God for Dr. Koen!!!!!

When my 2 year old son burned his hand last summer (1st, and 2nd degree), Dr. Koen came to the clinic on a SATURDAY to make sure he was okay!!! Love him!

Dr. Koen is a breath of fresh air. After seeing other doctors that you have to wait forever for and get 2 minutes of their time it is wonderful to know that this man takes the time to address any of your concerns. You are definitely not just another chart to him. He has become an invaluable part of our community.

Love Dr. Koen to pieces!!! He is amazing with children and adults, has a great sense of humor and takes time to listen to your symptoms. He is not affraid to refer to a textbook and give you the "why" instead of just the "fix". not affraid to let you call him at home to save you a 40 minute drive to the next town. Great doctor hands down!!
