Best Doctor. Thorough, Thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Understands patients, people. He is so calm, he listens and also hears what you have to say. Thankyou for being a Doctor.

My former Dr was a lecturing professor at U of T in addition to his practice. When I moved to Georgetown and left that Dr behind and started with Dr Farragos 12 years ago I never looked back. The white glove care that Dr. Farragos has given me is unrivaled. He encourages thoughtful discourse to ensure that I fully understand the issue at hand. He always asks me how my family is doing. Once I brought my little girl to him and he was so kind and reassuring to her. She was very nervous going into that appointment but the Dr's calming style immediately set her at ease. Thanks Dr Farragos for all of your help over the years; your passion for your work is obvious.

Saw him in the emergency department at the hospital. Absolute tyrant of a physician, arrogant as hell. He came into our room at the hospital and asked what the problem was (with our almost two year old). We told him we thought he had croup again. âWhy donât you let me and my 12 years experience determine that?!â It went downhill from there. When he told us it wasnât croup, I asked if my sonâs asthma was acting up again (it was definitely not asthma, but I was trying to figure out where he was going with this). His response: âhe doesnât have asthma!â In the past year we had seen 4 specialists who all confirmed an asthma diagnosis (pediatric respirologist, asthma and allergy specialist, chest clinic and the Sick Kids asthma clinic), I think they know more than this family physician throwing his weight around. When he finally decided to help our son, who had been struggling to breathe this entire time, he offered steroids for asthma, not croup. When I asked if we could please have the one for croup (weâd been through this so many times in the past year and knew the difference between asthma and croup, they sound very, very different) he handed me his prescription pad and told me to write the prescription myself! Eventually he walked out and the nurse came in with the meds we needed for croup and said âweâve been telling him this whole time that itâs croup, he just wonât listenâ. Please note that these wonderful nurses had seen us countless times over the past year and knew our son quite well at this point, they too knew it was croup. Needless to say, this doctor does not have my trust or confidence and I would never recommend him to anyone, especially if they have kids.

Dr Farragos used to be a good and caring Dr! Now he brushes you off, is very arrogant and isnât helpful at all! Heâs ery rude too. The office staff are super great but the Drâs in the office (aka his wife Dr. Bartlett) are condescending and make you feel like youâre bothering them. They used to be really good but have done a 180. I guess itâs time for them to retire if they arenât in it to be of service to and truly help people anymore. Saying they canât arenât willing to help you is NOT what a patient needs or wants to hear.

This man nearly killed me. He was extremely dismissive of my symptoms, and his arrogance could have had very serious consequences. When I saw him subsequently, he shrugged it off. I wouldnât have this man as my doctor if he was the last one on earth.

Our son was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2018. After getting the help he needed and the right medication, he was doing well. He had a good job, bought a house and had a girlfriend he had planned to marry. Dr. Farragos took him off of his anit-psychotic medication even though there is no research suggesting this as an option, and without even monitoring him. Our family expressed concerns about changes in his behavior on two separate occasions and yet there was no follow-up. After an episode landing him in the hospital, no follow up. We reached out in a letter desperately asking for help and still no contact. Our son even reached out asking simply for a reference to a specialist and he would not even respond to him. We are losing our son and it is solely because of Dr. Farragos incompetence and lack of care. I cannot imagine a worse doctor.
