*WOW* the people who wrote to say the office staff was horrible were not kidding. I tried to make an appointment with this doctor that my PCP recommended & the person on the phone was quite rude & unprofessional. The doctor may be good but having a staff that is also caring is just as important.
Why would people with heart conditions ever want to go here?
They are more likely to cause high blood pressure & strokes than alleviate them. 😱

I like Dr Duch. Unfortunately, due to his staff I don’t want to see him anymore. They are rude, unprofessional and very unorganized

We were referred by our primary doctor for a routine check up

I was not allowed to meet the doctor despite waiting for more than an hour. My wife who is the patient is poor in English and despite my requests, staff was arrogant and did not allow even to the doctor. They say only English speaking patients are allowed.

What an amazing doctor and staff ! Dr Duch is the only doctor I have ever known who calls all his patients back with every test result and all questions. His staff including his office manager Pam are professional, kind and go above and beyond for everyone. I highly recommend Dr Duch.

FAT-SHAMED ME AND MISSED A MAJOR DIAGNOSIS!! DOES NOT LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS!! Let me start by saying I have been a fat girl my whole life and I have NEVER had high blood pressure, in fact it's always been low and I've even been told to carry pretzels with me to raise my blood pressure when needed. I have been seeing Dr. Duch for a few years, I started going to him because I was having blood pressure drops causing fainting. When I first met Dr. Duch I had lost a lot of weight but I've since put it back on. I called Dr. Duch back in Nov 2020 because my blood pressure was high, this happened over night out of no-where, and was accompanied by a constant wooshing sound in my left ear. Dr. Duch told me it was hypertension caused by my weight gain and put me on a blood pressure medication, despite my attempts to explain to him I've been a fat girl all my life and my blood pressure has always been low. I even mentioned a condition I read about called Venous Sinus Stenosis which fit every single symptom I was having. He said "That's really rare, you don't have that." And he completely dismissed me. Luckily I got a 2nd opinion, I saw an ENT who correctly diagnosed me, sent me for MRIs and guess who is scheduled for surgery to repair Venous Sinus Stenosis that is also causing an aneurysm to form in my brain! I called Dr. Duch to tell him of his error, he was flippant and tried to pass it off because it is not his area of expertise. If it was not your area of expertise how were you qualified to tell me I didn't have it?? FIND YOURSELF A DOCTOR WHO LISTENS, NOT THIS GUY!!

Dr Peter Duch has been my cardiologist for over five years. I agree with all those nice comments made about him and wondered if the negative comments weren't intended for some other doctor with a similar name. Dr Duch is very personable, attentive, helpful and among the best cardiologists that I know. "This is the truth"

this is by far the worst dr. his wife is an idiot I agree with the women who write the review, his wife is named pam, and she is a snot, valerie office assistant, she is a trouble maker, she used to be a fat house and when she lost her weight she become an with no brain, please people listen I want to them for 25 yrs, I know what an idiot, dr throws me out because he took the side of Valerie because they are having an affair, all the medical equipment is so out of date, then when I told my new dr, they told me for my condition they did the wrong kind of stress test for a person with a pacemaker they want to save money, the wife pam, always looks like she has her period, she does the echocardiograms, and she press so hard under the breastbone, it is scary, don't do to them, they have outdated machine rude people, I think the women named Valerie lost her personality with the weight, if you need to go to the bathroom in the off you have to ask the nurse to move, that's how small it is, if you need to do the number 2, they will here it all, and smell, they only have to rooms, because the dr has no money he is old fashioned and all he does is sit instead of listening to lungs and heart, the office is decorated in early pier one imports, that's how poor they are, the wife decorated it, it looks like a ladies bedroom, with lingerie furniture, PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM, THEY MAKE YOU WEIGHT FOREVER! FOREVER JL

Although Dr. Duch seems competent, I sat for 13 minutes in waiting room with nobody else in there, while office staff chatted it up, giggling, and as my appointed scheduled time began to tick away. Upon voicing my discontent, I was tongue lashed by the doctors wife for 'verbally abusing' the staff member for reading the staff member the riot act for inconveniencing me while they giggled and drank coffee. Today, I showed up 15 minutes early for my 10:45 scheduled appointment and was told I needed to reschedule because I had a 9:45 appointment, which they said they confirmed the previous week. I can assure all that I run my life by iCloud calendaring with notifications, and I was being jerked around (my opinion). Fired, looking for new doctor, I don't need the drama, attitude or stress.
