Dr. Angela office manager and doctor refuses to speak to us on the phone and help us to understand why a patient needs to come in to get a blood test results. That this is a legal matter and patient has to come in. Neither her or her office manager would get on the phone. Has the poor receptionist Monica do the talking. She sounds like an arrogant physician and doesn't care how old a patient is and has to travel on a bus for hours.

ARROGANT PHYSICIAN WHO POSSIBLY HAS KICK BACK MONEY CONNECTION WITH BAPTIST HOSPTIAL, WOULD NOT REFFER HER PATIENTS ANYWHERE ELSE CLOSER TO THEIR HOME FOR TREATMENTS AND/OR PROCEDURES, GETS UPSET AND DROP YOU FROM HER PRACTICE IF YOU DON'T GO TO BAPTIST HOPITAL ONLY, SPREADS MALICIOUS RUMORS ABOUT YOU TO OTHER ENDOCRONOLOGISTS ABOUT YOU. VERY UNACCEPTABLE PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. NOT RECOMMENDED AS A TRUSTED, CONFIDENTIAL PHYSICIAN WHO CARES FOR HER PATIENTS IF THERE IS A CONFLICT OF OPINION OR INTEREST. DR. From the first visit, the incompetance of the front desk staff was evident. Also, refused to see me because I didn't have a physical insurance card even though at the time I made the appointment, they never mentioned it. They misspell my name constantly. Dr. Gomez is very knowledgeable but extremely dry and always has a condesending tone. She talks down to you like you are a child and unable to understand what she says. Also, it's very difficult to get a word in; she does all the talking and permits no time for questions. If you call to cancel an appointment, they automatically reschedule it on a random day and time and don't let you know. And when waiting to see the doctor, get ready to wait.
