Mindy was horrible, not good customer service skills, and condescending. Almost makes me want to go elsewhere.

Great with kids. My kids all love him. I have four kids and they have had a few cavities. They have never even known he gave them a shot. Great experience!

Best Dentist, very personable and knowledgeable. My kids love him!. But poor billing staff. She lacks customer service, makes you feel stupid, and blame you for her laziness. Wish he had more personable billing staff. I rather take my $$$ else where since I still DO have to pay the bill.

Missed major 10 cavities on 2 of my 4 kids, did not give thorough checkups. Put sealants on one child who already had them done elsewhere and tried to charge me when insurance wouldn't pay. Poor understanding of insurance filing. Good with getting kids to cooperate though.

The Dentist and staff are awesome. My oldest child has Aspergers and has problems with new people and they are perfect with him. They are always, always on time. I can get all 3 of my children in at the same time which is a lifesaver. They can give you a quote ahead of time for anything new or more than just the annual checkup. I feel very lucky to have been referred to Dr.Brackett!

LOVE this dentist for kiddos~ He is GREAT with them! and very reasonable cost wise. My son loves going to the dentist b/c of his office-staff and him! Would HIGHLY recommend!
