Never again. Very expensive.....recommended unnecessary work.

Dr. Go hard is a fantastic dentist!!! Unfortunately, you will be hard pressed to see her for more than 2 minutes....the staff has become most uncaring and outright RUDE...as far as I can tell, there has been 100 pct turnover in the last 3 months.....the gentleman in the corner is horrendous!! Not sure what he is doing other than checking his phone..in fact my wife will be returning to Dr. Lisa Rangel as a result of his heavy handed tactics...I will follow as I don't need to hear, why was I late and other inane questions when the prior staff was well aware of my health issues...Dr. Go hard is a great dentist and it is very unfortunate that she now has a Terrible staff..Dr Go hard, please take a more hands on approach!!!!

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel it might help other patients by sharing some of my experience with Dr Gohard's office. Facts speak louder than opinions:

After the first cleaning, the receptionist asked me and my wife to give reviews on Google. My wife gave 5 stars.

April 2017, I was told my insurance would cover 100% of my wisdom teeth extraction and the cost was estimated to be about $1200. However, I must pay 100% in advance and will be reimbursed in about 2 months. I said no problem.

6 months passed, I still haven't received my reimbursement. I called insurance company and was told that the claim still hasn’t been submitted by the dental office. After a phone call to Dr Gohard's office, I received a notification of submitted claim the next day, however the coverage changed from 100% to 80% and the total cost changed from $1200 to $2000. Long story short, after 10+ phone calls, 20+ emails, and me going to the office meeting Dr Gohard, I got my reimbursement back. During the meeting, I asked why it had to be so hard to get my reimbursement back? I was surprised to hear Dr Gohard say that her office is "one of the better ones", some places don't give patients their reimbursement back at all.

Since Dec 2017, I have called three times asking for release of my records. Every time I was promised to receive an email by the end of that day. No response in any means so far.

I would NOT recommend Dr Gohard's office unless your current dentist sounds much worse, or she is the only doctor provided in your plan.

Dr Gohard was rude and demeaning. I went here a few times and finally moved on after several attempts at satisfaction here. Finally when her colleague broke my tooth by getting the drill stuck in it I moved on never looking back. The hygienist and secretaries are very sweet and helpful. Dr Gohard not so much.

I was referred by my son who has been Dr Gohard's patient for years. I went in for emergency. At that appointment, she took care of my pain and I returned for the proper treatment several times afterwards. Dr Gohard is not only excellent at what she does but also a perfectionist. She perfect my smile

After moving to new office to Florham Park from Madison, I enjoy their state-to-art system and friendly staff. I referred my relatives to them as well.

The doctor seems to be only interested in steering you towards cosmetic procedures rather than your overall oral/dental health. Staff seems uninformed although pleasant enough (seems like staff changes quite often). Doctor performs own cleaning and is one of the worst I've experienced.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gohard for over two years. Since I was in the healthcare business for over five years in reviewing patients’ files, I know the difference between a poor dentist and a good dentist. Dr. Gohard definitely is definitely a great one. Very good skills and is able to offer the latest technology. Her clinic staff and assistant are also pretty good.

Dr. Gohard was the worst dentist I’ve ever been too!! She was a rip off - didn't understand the basic questions I was asking her - not punctual at all - staff seemed lost!! Over all I would not go back, nor recommended anyone there.
