The proof is in the pudding. While we did not talk to Dr. Scott very often during my treatment, we did have access to his staff of nurses and doctors who were highly competent. Our overall experience was good...and I'm 18 weeks pregnant. Look past the fact that it's big, and impersonal to some, because RMA is very successful at giving couples what they want....a family.

I went to Dr Scott because of all that I have read and seen about him - what I did not know was that it was like dealing with a celebrity instead of a doc. We was very self gratifying during our meeting (20 minutes!!) Felt intimidated by him instead ofcomfortable - had heard from others that RMA was not personal and you are just a number but did not care if I got pregnant- I left before treatment and went to a smaller practice and got personalized care and compassion - now we are pregnant. BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!!!

Liked Dr. Scott very much. He seems to be very know a lot and I felt comfortable with him. I really liked that his staff is seperated into teams like clinical, financial, nursing so I have someone to contact on any issues I might come across. His clinical staff was very helpful, his nurse was very sweet and thourough, and his financial person was kind, knowledgable and very personable. She even understood how overwhelimig this process is...wonder if she has been through this herself? I felt very comfortable with the info Iwas given.

Very knowledgable doctor but way to wishy washy on my diagnosis. Plus in the waiting room I was told by a couple that he gives discounts to patients he likes or any patient that makes a big enough stink about the prices...be persistent they said and you can get free treatment

This was my first time through an ivf cycle = and it was HORRIBLE! I met w/the doctor for about 15 minutes on my inital visit and that was it! RMA is very impersonable - I was treated like a number and was provided with no compassion or support with this doctor.

What a blowhard! He spent more time talking about how great he is instead of what was happening with me. When I went through treatment, it felt like I was just a number being run through an impersonal system. Considering how personal infertility is, this was possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office.
