Dr Burke is a pretty hepful Dr. I hate his receptionist though. She makes patients feel like crap for no good reason, and she seems averse to putting effort into helping patients. Nobody should have a Dr's receptionist be an obstacle in accessing healthcare.

Dr Burke is an amazing Doctor. He cares a lot about his patients. He even took time to come to the house to care for my husband. I find he does talk too fast and he is always in a hurry so I get a bit anxious. It is very difficult to get the staff to answer the phone when trying to get an appointment.

On a daily basis, I am incredibly grateful that Dr Burke has been my family doctor my entire life - and now my kids life. He goes above and beyond to fit last minute or urgent visits in, prioritizing the care of his patients and those at the ER that he supports in addition. His support, Rebecca, is kind, thoughtful, and incredible at her role. We are lucky to have them & I am so grateful.

Dr Burke takes his time with you and listens. He is caring and checks in, need be. He can be stubborn, but he genuinely cares. His staff has a bad attitude on the phone and is rude in person. This is the worst part of going to see Dr Burke. Dealing with negative staff when you don't feel good. There's no need for it.

I found Dr Burke to be an exceptional doctor. You normally meet them in the ER they write a script and send you on your way. Not him. Sent me for a CT and blood test and saw me in his office a few days later. He did the follow rather than me going back to ER since I do not have a family doctor. I hope that one day I could be his patient because he is a very caring doctor.

I've read a few of these ratings and Im sorry to say I highly disagree with some of them. Now my opinion. Dr. John Burke and his staff have always showed me their complete professionalism. They are all very caring people and do their best to accommodate you. Once in awhile but not to often punctuality may be a problem but it is usually because someone with more needs than myself is needing his attention. Thats his love for his patients. He goes out of his way to help. People need to realize he has hundreds of patients and he is only one man. My hat goes out to this Doctor and his staff. Way to go guys.

Good doctor...although it took a week to fill out papers that would ve taken 2 mins to fill.out on a lunch break and causes me to have to postpone bills and rent..other than that he has.always did right by me..however the rating is 3 stars because the staff is horrible..always has been and still is even with the young girl there....every experience ive had with her..she has had an attitude and acts like shes better!!!...She is only a receptionist and needs to get off her high horse..

Update to the comment above....i changed my 3 star to 1 star because of the lack of competence....i finally got my papers filled out but with the wrong diagnosis..after waiting and waiting . Then pay $20 for these papers that are wrong like WTF!! Now probably gonna wait another week...IM NOT PAYING AGAIN!!
