The most direct, prepared, sensitive, informed physician a patient could ask for. With his people skills, focus and expertise, a patient leaves the office with a comfortable "whew! that was a great explanation" and a relieved " I am in good hands!" feeling, even when the medical situation is a complex one.

Very attentive. Prepared himself by reviewing the chart beforehand to pick up where we last left off. Very focused on patient, caregiver information, and symptoms to problem-solve the concern. Uses ultra-sound, lab testing, scopes, etc. as needed & on-the-spot, in his office. So easy to converse with. Good explanations of the problem. Highly recommended, especially if you like that engineering mind to pin-point your concern.

If there were less than one star available, I’d leave that as feedback. This clown and his staff doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I hope, for your sake, that you don’t have debilitating pain caused by a urological problem. You’ll end up chasing down your own lab results and you’ll be lucky to ever get a call back... from even the staff, let alone the doc himself. *Consider yourself forewarned... do not use this guy!

Took what could have been an incredibly scary/traumatic/painful experience and turned it in to something no worse than a routine dentist visit. Just a few needle pokes for anesthetic and he went to work. And it was better than the dentist because we could talk without fingers in my mouth. He is a really cool guy and it is really easy to chat with him. Which is good because it keeps your mind off of what those scalpels are doing to you below the waist. Only downside wasn't his fault (and it has happened to me at other doctors when they work in a big hospital) I was delayed for an hour because he got summoned away for an emergency procedure. Just bring a book.

Doctor Norouzi is knowledgable and efficient. He displays a good bedside manner and has been very helpful with my problems and successfully treated an serious infection misdiagnosed by another doctor.
