He is horrible. His staff was incompetent and couldn’t even take my blood pressure correctly. He was 45 minutes behind schedule and then rushed me out when the office was about to close. He’s got prescribed me antibiotics for some unknown reason which wound up destroying my digestive system. That has caused me much pain. Before I saw him I was fine but after that I have had trouble sleeping, anxiety, panic attacks and other issues from all because of the multiple symptoms related to my digestive system. On top of that I get a bill seven months later when it was paid for by third-party shortly after I saw him. This man should not be practicing medicine. I received a letter that he resigned his practice a couple months after he saw me. It’s all too late for me as my life has been a living nightmare since seeing him

Dr. Waterhouse was my urologist for about 7 years while we lived in Charlotte. He is highly knowledgeable, spends time to explain options and treatments and follows up with his patients. Dr. Waterhouse goes beyond simple PSA tests to get to the root of issues and does not over prescribe or recommend unnecessary treatments or procedures. I would still be using Dr. Waterhouse had we not relocated, and highly recommend him.

I had to have kidney stones removed and stints put in. Dr. Waterhouse told me the pain was "no worse than a pap smear". First, he is a man, so he can't say that. Second, I was in the hospital a week later to get one of those stints removed because it had made its way into my kidney. My stones are back and I have switched doctors in the practice. I told her what he said about the pap smear and she said she would talk to him about that and that he DID NOT need to tell his patients that. I will take my chances with a stone before I will see him again!

This man is a hack. He absolutely knows nothing about cancer and how to treat and operate for prostate cancer, which in effect caused my bladder cancer. It also had to be removed and took 8 hours to preform the procedure in order to correct what had been done previously and remove the bladder. I had to go to UNC at Chapel Hill in order to have problem corrected and my bladder removed.
