She is always great! And after dealing with Ian Schokking in the office, she is a superstar!

Jumps to conclusions and doesn't really listen to what patients are saying or what they need. I really don't like it when she is the Dr I see at the office (and I am not alone). Unfortunately if you want to see one of the other two Dr's at the clinic that means she gets included as well.Ughh!

This doctor is very caring and understanding. She takes the time to really listen to you. She is prepared to do research and consults specialists without delay. The office is very busy and there are times that the wait may be a while however it is worth the wait. Recently I was quite ill and was admitted to hospital within the hour. She was quick to act and found a specialist to consult with for my treatment. There were no specialists on call regaurding my problem at the time that she saw me. She took the extra time and effort to find one to consults with. She is a doctor that I trust.

I was referred to Dr. Closson for my pregnancy. Dr. Closson is a caring, patient doctor, and explains everything in detail. She was by my bedside to answer my questions and see how I was doing when I was told that I needed to have an emergency c-section. She also took the time to chat w/ my husband and I in the maternity ward hallway the day after our daughter was born, despite her busy schedule. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Closson is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, gentle, understanding Doctors that I have ever had the priviledge of having for a Doctor. She was one of the Doctors that was with my Mom when she was in Hospice house, and she would drop in to see how she was doing at all hours, and make sure she was comfortable. Of course that helped the rest of us as well. Dr Closson is my Dr as well, and I have upmost faith and confidence in her abilities.

I do not like Dr. Closson as I feel she puts her own personal experience for advice. She argues with me everytime I have asked for a referral for one of my children and after years of fighting about my eldest having a hearing problem she told me she didnt think that it was my daughters hearing that was the problem. She tried to tell me that my child has mental problems. After the hearing apt went through we found she does in fact have hearing issues. I have never had a doctor who argues with me as much as she does and she NEVER listens to my issues. My children have certain issues and when I would bring them into see Dr.Closson she would always argue with me or not listen. I would always have to book another apt to see Dr.Schokking in order to get the problems looked at. I would rather see an intern then Dr.Closson any day of the week and make sure that I ask if I can see someone else at another time if she's in the office.

Dr. Closson was the doctor that I seen the most during my pregnancy and now during checkups of my daughter. I had a great experience during this time as I am very comfortable with her. Shes very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Dr. Closson is very professional and helpful. She has excellent bedside manner, I feel very comfortable seeing her myself or bring my child to see her. Very happy to have her as my family doctor!!

Dr. Closson is one of the best doctors here. She doesn't place herself above her patients and listens carefully to what the problems are. She shows interest to health issues and she immediately tries to re-solve them in any way that's possible. If something comes up and she's not sure, she'll find out. Awesome Doctor!!!
