DR cook and Rebecca Hephlin are really knowledgable people and care for their patients my interaction with DR cook was seeing him before Rebecca joined the practice and I had thought he was really A rated(When I saw him It was an emergent situation and I went to the Office They saw me, Dr. Cook Did I had an upper resp. infection and with my cronic disorders I was feeling way too sick to wait so I saw DR, Cook,as my sister and her Husband had seen him and had nothing but the best to say about his care, He checked me out really well and was quite honest up front andhelpful I started to feel better the following dayBut, I needed Rebecca who has been my pc for approx 4 years I really feel that I hit the jack pot for medical care, I got an office, Dr Cook Owns and when Rebscca joined his Staff she took me with her. I am a fortunate Patient.

I like Tim, too. Wish he swould pend some money on making the office not look like a third world refugee camp. He is a bit of a slob, but a nice man and will help you. Most of his staff are pretty nice too. The wait time is dreadful so be prepared.

Dr Cooke is very informative with a no nonsense aproach. He is a very on hands doctor and has knowledge about Military issues relating to familes or service members who have been deployed since he also serves in the military and has been deployed as well. I feel very fortunate to have him as my treating Physican. I can't think of any other doctor I'd like to have treating myself or family members. He's concerned not only with your physical well being,but at the sametime is concerned about your emotional well being as well. His staff as well are very well trained and informative. Kudo's to Carol his office manager who has helped out in more ways than one when it comes to questions and great customer relations. I personally feel I can count on him for any medical issue that may arise. If only there were more Doctor's out there like him. Thank You again Dr Cooke for your excellent medical care,and understanding about insurance or lack of as well.Leslie Valente

This is a walk-in, no appt. necessary, sometimes the wait can be long but worth it. Dr. Cooke is very knowledgable and friendly- you can call him Tim if you know him well enough!
