extremely unprofessional. she does not care about her patients. she can be heard complaining about her staff and her patients while in hearing distance of other patients. the staff is also extremely unprofessional - i was rushed along and cut off when i tried to talk with them. the receptionist is a little slow - not much education. the other doctors that work there are pretty bad as well with the exception of dr. thornton. IF i go back, she is the only one i am willing to see

I have been with the doctor as long as I can remember and they are awesome! Wouldn't ever consider switching.

I tried to get an RX for my current contacts from her, only to be told I would have to pay for it, because I would be getting my eye exam for free elsewhere, instead of paying them to re-show me how to put in contacts. I did not need to be re-shown how to do it, and my prescription had not changed since my last visit. I was given a prescription for contacts that was innaccurate and incomplete in the end, and was given attitude by reception when I arrived to pick it up. I will be finding a new Optometrist despite the fact that MOST of the staff in the office is very pleasant.

Dr.Andreasen is very unprofessional,,she didn't know what was going on with my daughters eyes in July,I told Sarah that her eye was turning in with her glasses on and she told me that it wasn't and her prescription was fine..I asked to see a specialist,and she told me know one would look at her and there was no reason,if I want a second opinion then I can go pay for it from someone else. On my own got into a specialist.By now her eye is completely turning in with her glasses,and never straight but nothing is wrong with her.I ask for Sarah's staff member to send my files to the specialist that she was looking after my daughter.Sarah sent the files with a nasty letter stating that this is an unnecessary refural and that there is nothing wrong with my daughter and more. There was something wrong her prescription her eye would have been straight by now if she gave her the right glasses in the fist place all she did was make her eye weaker over the year. We know are kids best would you just listen too us.PLEASE
