Dr Farr has charged me for work that he did not perform correctly. Around Oct 2015 he filled a cavity. He told me that it may take a few weeks before it feels better. I waited that time, and since then it has continued to bother me on and off. I went back again and he confirmed himself that there was still a gap to be further filled. He offered to do that in my next appointment. A few weeks after that, my insurance payment was finally processed, which revealed a remaining balance of $60 that insurance did not cover (unexpected by both Dr Farr's office and me). I told their office I don't think I should be charged further for this procedure, since it was done in error, that they should write-off this outstanding balance. They refused to do that, only offering to correct their mistake for free. By that point, I didn't feel comfortable having Dr. Farr perform further work on my mouth, having lost confidence in his competency and wanting to charge me further for this faulty procedure. Not the way patients should be treated.

Dr. Farr has been our dentist for a few years and I absolutely love his practice. If you have an emergency they will see you fast. They treat everyone with respect. Dr. Farr is one of the few medical professionals I have me that doesn't treat his patients like they are beneath him. He explains what he needs to do or what is going on in a way that you understand. I have recommended him to all my friends and family.

I have recommended Dr. Farr to friends and family members and we all think he is outstanding. I have a bad history with dentists and usually hate going but he and his staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and I don't mind going to see him at all. [for what that's worth].

great dentist and great guy. I used him as a student school from Temple dental school. Works with you, explains all options and his work is second to none. I can't even imagine how good his work is now. Why anyone would chance or check out another dentist I don't know. Save yourself the time and just go to him. I have been with my DDS since 1977 and I would not have left him unless I found someone that I am very happy with.........and I have now found him, Dr Farr is outstanding.

Great Dentist. He is knowledgeable, friendly and has very steady hand. He was confident while extracting my teeth (two) and filling up cavity. My overall experience was far better than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Farr is truly committed to helping his patients achieve maximum dental health. I became a patient about 4 years ago in need of serious dental care. He and his staff made the experience much easier and I no longer cringe when I have appointments...I actually enjoy going there! Two years ago we talked about some options for me, so after 20 months of braces at age 54 (I was a "retreat") and then Dr. Farr's Whitening Club, I'm truly happy with the outcome. I have recommended him and his staff to co-workers and friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. Farr and his staff are outstanding. Extreamly patient friendly and educational as well. Dr. Farr is a great dentist and he has cared for my daughter teeth age 13yrs and 17 yrs old and with my teeth for a couple of years and would neve consider going anywhere else. I went to a different MD in the area and he was going to charge me over $800 and said that I needed to have 8 different teeth drilled. Dr. Farr told me that only 2 needed to be drilled for carities but because I smoke cigars dentists often mistake stains for cavities or just simply want to drill to make money. He was simply a joy to talk to and he has my business for life.
