In the decade or longer that I have been a patient, I've received excellent care from Dr. Queen and his entire staff. Dr. Queen is caring, professional, and informative about all procedures you may need. I feel more like a friend than "just another patient".

I do NOT recommend Dr. Queen. I spent several thousand dollars getting my teeth fixed by him over several years. After a couple of root canals I continued to experience pain that he told me was sensitivity and that he could not see anything wrong. I decided to see another dentist who told me that by viewing my x-rays he could see my root canals performed by Dr. Queen had not been fully filled and were susceptible to abscess. Also, posts had not been used and the crowns had been placed too high, which was causing some of the pain. Finally, the areas I'd pointed out to Dr. Queen as being painful that he said were fine turned out to need three more root canals. One of them was abscessed. I believe Dr. Queen was unable to identify these issues because he uses old technology. He doesn't use the computerized x-ray systems, but instead uses the old-fashioned x- rays and films. He is a very nice guy and so is his staff, but the work they did put me through a great deal of pain and distress.

Referred to Dr. Queen by a coworker. Very pleasant experience--office is clean and the staff was friendly. Dr. Queen was easy going and funny. Got a clean bill of health and my insurance (MetLife) covered the cost so I didn't pay anything out of pocket. Would definitely recommend this dentist!

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. THe staff was rude, unhelpful and basically didn't know what they were doing. Kristy especially. I paid 200 OUT OF pocket for my routine visit only to be told I should have known that they were out of my network. Kristy was rude, yelled at me when I asked her about the charge and was extraordinarily unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr. Queen for 13 years. I have only had positive experiences (as positive as dental care can be) and have always been very comfortable as if I were with family. The entire staff is wonderful as well. My insurance has changed several times and Kristi has been extremely helpful with all the changes. I have never had to wait for a scheduled appointment and Dr. Queen has always been accommodating with working around school and work schedules. My now adult children still go to Dr Queen and one of them really does not like doctors so that is saying a lot.

I recently had a tooth implant. Dr. Queen was He is thorough and professional, made the effort to make sure I got a perfect match. He took the time to explain the procedure and the possible alternatives. Kristi helped me wade through some insurance issues to make sure I got the maximum benefit from my policy. I have been going to Dr. Queen for over 10 years. The staff are always very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend his office.

Dr. Queen is a wonderful dentist. I have been going to him for many years. When he started his own practice, I followed him. He listens to my dental problems, I never feel rushed. He never pressures me into expensive procedures. He always offers me a variety of options in different price ranges. He does excellent work. I would not go back to this dental practice again. The equipment is really outdated and the staff are not particularly helpful or knowledgeable. I saw another dentist and they pointed out a number of problems that this dentist did not pick up on.
