I would not recommended Dr. Gibson to anyone. He is there for the money only; I agree that he looks down his nose at you. His staff is unfriendly and bossy. I have also had to wait 1.5 hours WITH an appointment. A very unhappy patient.

Dr Gibson is a great Neurologist. He cares about his PT's and their medical concerns. I have had the pleasure of working for him for over 7 months. He will take care of you.

He seemed to look down his nose at me. And when I asked for a refferal he wouldn't give one to me. I felt as though he didn't care.

When I started seeing Dr. Gibson I told him I was concerned about dizzy spells and neuro problems especially since I have a close family history of Autoimmune disease such as my sisters history of Lupus and clotting disorder. All he focused on was my past history of Migrains (I've had 3 in the past 20 years but non recently. When I did come into his office with a crushing headache and severe confusion (I couldent understand a digial clock etc. ) he blamed it on migraine, said the confusion was normal and sent me home. It waited 4 days to to the hospital because he said it was normal... instead he did not recognize that I had had a STROKE with the damage progressively getting worse over that 4 day period. Although looking at my family history he sould have know I had a risk for clotts and realized I was having TIA's before the eventual Stroke. I guess he just a assumes a 35 year old woman cant have a stroke? Never recieved an appology, just a bill for the office visit.

I had multiple concerns about my long term pain management drugs, particularly as some of the medications can have side affects long term. These concerns were not addressed, nor were alternative medications reviewed that I had previously done well on and/or were less harmful longterm. Also very, very long wait times.

Dr. Gibson was methodic and knowledgeable regarding my issues with headaches. He decided they were not, in fact, migraines. They were regarding a muscle tension, that through therapy, have been managed. I am sooo grateful.

Dr Gibson gave me botox therapy for a neck injury that resulted in an allergic reaction. He claimed that the symtoms were unrelated to the injections but my symptoms were verified on the Botox web sight. I think a DR should know more than his patients do about the treatments he uses. Also ask for your empty vials back. I believe he may not have used all of the product.
