Couldn't pay me to go back there! Was ignored and sat waiting for over an hour.

I have been seeing Dr. Matt for 8 years and he is the best doctor in the world. He thinks of me as his daughter and is quick to stand up for me. When I tried to kill myself a few years ago he got me into a psychiatric facility that day. I love him to death.

Dr. Freeman is friendly and pleasant enough, and seems to place a premium on the social aspects of practicing medicine. This is fine, but not at the expense of being focused and outcome oriented. You can spiral down the drain quickly if all you talk about with your MD is Alabama football. My advice is not to entrust the care of anyone you love to Dr. Freeman if they are seriously ill.

I've been using Dr. Freeman for about 5 years and he's a caring dr who takes the time to understand your problems and is not too quick to prescribe drugs you don't need.

Been with Matt about 6 years. It seems that he is longer interested in me. This may be due just getting married? All I know is that there is a total lost in me!!!

Dr. Freeman was nice and polite; when I first went to him few years ago. Now he rude and doesn't seem to listen to any new medical problems. Never follow-up; unless call his office. Usually 6 months or more. Changing Doctors after the first year.

I was a new patient who waited an hour and a half to see Dr. Freeman. You would think that me being a new patient they would try and set a good first impression but did not. I waited in the waiting area for an hour and then a half hour after going into the waiting area. Dr Freeman was nice but I felt like I was wrongly diagnosed with my issue seeing as though the RX I started taking helped at first but had no effect on me after a few months. I also put that I smoked on my information sheet and then they charged my insurance company $15 for a smoking consul when in fact there was no conversation about smoking during my visit. I called the accounting department to dispute it but was told that I still had to pay for it. I call fraud on that

He was so wonderful. He took an hour to get my medical history and family med history. He was so thorough in asking questions that involed my family history. I did not feel rushed at all, like you do at some Dr offices. Very personalable. I am so glad a co-worker gave his name to me. I did not have a GP. I recently had pneumonia and was concerned I did not have a GP.
