Incredibly condescending, told me "dont blame me when u r in the ED with a heart attack when i refused a medication. I then asked if my cholesterol was high, she said no but i would likely get it. Seems like shes trying to push certain meds. There was NOTHING holistically I could do to help prevent it, my ONLY option was this med.

I had a thyroid biopsy here on June 21,2023 after waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment.16 days later my doctor still doesn’t have my thyroid biopsy report because the doctor is “out of the office” until July 18!! Multiple calls and voicemail messages from myself and my doctor’s medical assistant and no written results.One call from Dr.Bernsteins medical assistant saying the delay was due to the genetic testing and one very vague call telling me the results were normal and return in one year.Very unprofessional and almost inhumane treatment of patients waiting to find out if they have thyroid cancer.

Came in for follow up after radio active iodine treatment and was feeling terrible. She was an hour late. Breezed in, said virtually nothing, breezed back out and that was the end of the visit. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. Tomorrow I am calling my primary to get another referral.

I have been seeing Dr. Bernstein for over 15 years, and have had Type I, insulin dependent diabetes for over 52 years. She has always gone out of her way to answer questions, offer helpful advice, and given me the very best medical care. I contribute my longevity to following her suggestions to keep my diabetes under the best possible control. I have never felt judged or criticized at all, only felt she has my best interests at heart.

I have been coming to this practice since it started with Dr. Russell and now with Dr. Bernstein. I have had diabetes for 65 years and still in good health because I’ve done my best to follow the advice of these gifted physicians.

I do not understand the other negative comments. Dr Bernstein was wonderful Very patient and empathetic. Took the time to fully explain everything. Very helpful advice and excellent medical attention. I am much healthier now due to Dr Bernstein.

Terrible personality and bedside manner ,shows no compassion with patients. I found her to be rude and arrogant.

I have seen her for several years. I found her to be empathetic. I appreciate her for considering my larger medical picture when managing my thyroid hormone levels. Unlike some of the reviewers, I have not found her to be dismissive. She was, however, a bit too open about criticizing my primary care doctor's management of my thyroid

I waited 1.5 hours to see Dr. Bernstein. She spent less than 10 minutes with me. She was hurried and dismissive, bordering on just plain rude. She acted scornful of the symptoms I described. Her only "medical advice" was to give me samples of brand-name Synthroid and tell me to return in three months. The previous negative reviews describe my experience as well. I virtually never write negative reviews; however, I wish I had read these prior to my visit with her and would suggest that others request an appointment with another doctor--any other doctor!--in the practice.

As soon as Bernstein walked in and routinely opened her laptop, I felt attacked by her. My reason for making an appointment with her was to seek help with my problems. Quickly I felt defeated by her dismissal of my symptoms. I wasted a half day and hard earned money (which I felt was ill earned by her). She offered me NO medical advise! It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had to endure!
