i CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR dR cHAFFIN TO CALL ME BACK OVER THE WEEKEND BECAUSE OF A TOOTHACHE.NO RESPONSE. THIS IS THE FIRST DENTIST i KNOW OF THAT DOES NOT RETURN CALLS TO PATIENTSWITH TOOTHACHES. i WENT AND GOT MY X-RAYS AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT FRIENDLY.

He pulled the wrong tooth. I took my husband for an extraction and the wrong tooth was pulled. How is that for negligence.

This dentist has recently been convicted of negligent homicide. He only received 2 years probation for killing 1 man and seriously injuring another. Some people say he showed no remorse. What they don't know is that the face they saw in court is his usual stone cold face. The man has NO emotions. He's a spoiled rotten excuse for a man who only cares about himself. This 'punishment' he received just goes to prove...money talks. Money bought his freedom. My question is this: Would he be happy with the outcome of this trial if it had been a member of his family? The state of Virginia should revoke his license to practice dentistry. I will never return to his office.
