Mom had a pleasant surprise when she went to see this physician for test results. $750 or find a new doctor. Seems he’s gone private and doesn’t bother to advise his patients.

Exaggerated wait times (3+ hours is common). Rushed service. Rude receptionists. He doesn’t use email and relies on fax machines which makes getting test results almost impossible. Now, he’s going private and wants $750 for a “check up” plus $50 for extra visits. It’s time this money hungry doctor resigns.

Dr Zaphiratos does his best , the secretaries are burned out , the new one is totally complexed and rude . She gives the clinic a bad name , no one appreciates her obnoxious behaviour.

Trying to reach this office, they have left their patients stranded with notification if the office had closed permanently. Never answer the phone even though their recording states can be reached Monday to Thursday between 9-1, patients need follow ups, they need prescription renewals, get unable to ever reach the office. No notifications to patients by mail as to how to proceed. What a lack of professionalism and care.

Had a check about a bump in my chest, told it was nothing, found out from another doc that it is cancer.

I totally agree with the comment of march9th. It is a pandemic but all other doctors are answering calls, returning calls I have asked so many people where is the doctor and no body knows what happened to him. We have to renew prescriptions, we have aches and pains and we have no doctor, a doctor that we have had for over 25 years refuses to speak or help his patients. It is a shame he chose to let us all down. And in the office there are always like 4-5 secretaries never answering phones, only at their convenience. You call their phone and it just says call 911 if it is urgent, do not leave messages, and just keep trying our number till we pick up. Unbelievable way to treat the patients and most of them seniors. How is this doctor and his staff allowed to get away with this.

This is one of the worst and careless doctor. When you call at their clinic, no one answers the phone. I called in multiple times and there's 0 answer. I understand its the pandemic but it doesn't mean that you stop answering the calls. This clinic is the worst in the area and should be closed permanently due to their lack of professionalism. Most of his patients are senior and it is just unacceptable. Such a bad name for the Greek community..
