I agree with last reviewer. She wasn't good at explaining and when her staff would get the reason for medical visit mixed up she wouldn't try to rectify the situation. She'd make me come back downtown, pay another visit fee and parking fee, for another visit. She left downtown site without me know on my last annual visit.
