Dr. C. Laney is empathetic, he has great concern for his patients. I found him to be sincere, honest, compassionate, loyal, and diligence in his service to all of humanity. He's a great doctor and true to his profession.

He is lost. He is the worst. I told him off and he kept talking. I finaly told him to shut up. He talks way to much about nothing.

Average office wait for 5 appointments was 2 1/2 hours. Did not answer my questions thoroughly. After diagnosis, did not explain special dietary needs, had to find out about condition mostly on my own! Office staff did not return phone calls and one was even rude. Wouldn't even call to tell me they ordered me a prescription, found out after a week of bveing ill from the pharmacy!
