About 10 years ago I visited Deborah Budreaux's office in San Angelo Texas. After accessing my dental situation I was told I needed 3 cavities filled and a root canal with a crown totaling 4800 dollars! I did not have insurance and used care credit which I paid off over the next 6 years. The root canal never felt normal to me ever and off and on would flare up over the years causing a great deal of pain. This past week I finally went to a wonderful dentist in San Angelo, Dr. Roberts, and explained to him that I felt I had a root canal gone bad. After a few uncomfortable x rays he returned very concerned and asked who did my previous work. I said Deborah boudreaux. He said I'm very sorry to say that while I had most likely paid for a root canal I had never received one! She had filled down my molar and paced a crown on top of it, leaving the living tooth to root in my head for over a decade! My x rays showed infection from my tooth up into my sinus cavity and back to my ear canal as well as my jaw bone! I am correctly on 2 different antibiotics and pain medicine to get it under control before anything can be done. I don't know how one could sleep at night knowing that their actions could possibly kill someone! I don't know if there is anything that can be done at this point but this woman should never be allowed to practice dentistry anywhere!

Con Artist, Takes money and does not fulfill her promises. Turned in to BBB and Compliants keep coming in, but no forwarding address known. Authorities Also looking for her on suspected arsenists charges. If you know of whereabouts please contact BBB of San Angelo or if you have other complaints against her make them known.. This woman needs to be held accountable for her malpractices and for her criminal deeds.

The most personal, and gentle dentist I have ever been too. She is informative about many things, and takes the time to know you, explains your case, and helps guide you through the dental process. Nothing is hidden, everything is front and center with her. I love her. Excellent work, no pain and REALLY CARES.
