Excellent oral surgeon! Makes a very uncomfortable situation fast and painless! Great supporting staff as well!!

Dr. Peter M. Famiglio “You are the MAN” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Cancer is in remission, I needed teeth pulled for my oral health after radiation therapy. Recommended HBO therapy before surgery. So I did, surgery lasted 1 hour including 2 implants which I decided on. The cancer battle has been pretty rough, I considered this a walk in the park! Had a fair amount of pain for a few hours after surgery, at a tolerable level 5 hours later! Yup that’s right! He is a great guy to boot, caring,compassionate. His assistants were great too. When you hear the term “like pulling teeth “ Don’t fret just see Pete! No pain in his game!
Do I dare say getting teeth pulled was a fun experience? Getting a little bit healthier is my goal, can’t thank him enough!

Amazing. Amazing bedside manner. Incredible providers and support staff. Every single person I've encountered at this office has been friendly and kind, and gone above and beyond. Any one of them individually would be worth logging in to leave a five-star review, making it extraordinary that everyone associated with that office is so great. They must be doing something right because everyone working there seems relaxed and happy.
I went in about a month ago for a consult, and earlier today for oral surgery. I saw the same providers (surgeon, and who I'm assuming was an EFDA) both times. I am more anxious than the average bear when it comes to dental work and/or anticipated pain, so I thoroughly appreciated the feeling of security I got by seeing the same familiar faces when I went back in for my procedure.
I was very nervous about the surgery/ anticipated subsequent pain, and started tearing up in the chair. I'm not proud of that, but it is what it is. Both Dr. Famiglio and his EFDA (I wish I could remember her name because she was really great) noticed, and reassured me there would be no pain during or after, then distracted me with funny stories while the anesthesia kicked in. 10/10 bedside manner, and so very much appreciated.
After I woke up they took me to a separate recovery room, and covered me in a blanket with a pulse monitor to ride out the anesthesia. I fell back asleep, and when I woke again a while later was already surprisingly clear-headed. They brought my husband back for me, and came in to give both of us some aftercare information. They showed him where to pull up the care so there wouldn't be a curb, and then one of the employees took my arm and walked me all the way to the car, even helping me in and buckling my seatbelt for me. Amazing.
I'm following their care instructions and doing well. Tonight I received a follow-up call from Dr. Famiglio himself to check in on how I'm doing/pain level, and to see if I have any questions. He encouraged me to call in if I have any questions. I was stunned at that added personal touch.
I couldn't be more impressed with this office and everyone who works there. Truly. I would never willingly go anywhere else, and I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery.

Dr. Familglio and full staff truly impressed me with their kindness and professionalism.. I’m not usually compelled to review but I must share how AMAZING Dr. Familglio and staff are at Brandywine Oral Surgery. I went there full of anxiety yesterday as I had to have a very tedious and delicate procedure done involving my gums. Dr. Familiglo talked to me the whole time, comforting me meanwhile further educating his well prepared assistants. They were impressive as a team to say the least. The cherry on top, was when Dr. Familglio called me that evening to follow up! That’s a first for me. Truly the most personable yet professional medical service I’ve received. Lastly I’ll mention, I have multiple stitches in my gums and I did not feel a thing!

I don't understand why they charge an extra 600 dollars for cyst removal when it did not take any significant amount of time. Seems like profiteering to me when my Insurance told me the procedure was covered 100%. I had no time to decide or face a cancelation charge.

Dr Famiglio and his staff were wonderful to my daughter. She was very nervous and they did everything the could to make here comfortable. She had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Pain was minimal. My dentist gave us 3 oral surgeons to choose from. I looked at all their ratings. Posted on Facebook to ask opinions and by far dr Famiglio came in as being the one to go too! We a glad we did. Highly recommend.

Dr. Famiglio and his staff are of professional caliber to say the least. The surgery went smooth as can be and the recovery was fast and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Famiglio to anyone in need of an oral surgeon.

Dr. Peter Famiglio is a truly remarkable dentist, who I would recommend to anyone. I have seen him for an extraction of my wisdom teeth. I had no swelling and the soreness was gone after a couple of hours. I know several people that I have recommended to his office or has just gone, and time and time again I was impressed by how gifted he is and how incredible his staff is as well.

Dr Famiglio was great with my 7 y/o daughter. She was terrified of having to have teeth removed for ortho. He was great. He took his time, explining everything to her on a "kid"level. She had a great experience a went from having to literally dragging her in there to now she wants to know if any more need to come out. She wants to go back. What a great doctor, and staff too,
