Absolutely love Dr.Reilly he performed my surgery to remove my ovaries and endometriosis. My 6th surgery relates to this horrible disease. I’m extremely happy with his service and bedside manner is really great as this is a sensitive area for so many women suffering from it. I’ve had it for 20+ years and will continue to see him! My daughter, and grandmother all see him as well!

I was referred to Dr. Reilly for help with fertility - given I am a bit older, I wanted to be proactive and seek the best advice. I found him extremely unhelpful and he did not seem to have time to explain things to me or offer suggestions on how we might increase our chances. It was suggested that I undergo an HSG -for anyone who has not had one, it is a very painful and invasive procedure. I was not given any indication in advance of what the procedure entailed and was quite unprepared for what ensued. When reviewing my test results and blood work, he gave me a mere 10 minutes of his time and seemed impatient at my questions. I asked him if there was anything else we could be doing to increase our chances, he didn't have much to offer. I left feeling hopeless and very much on my own with this journey. I figured that this was just how it was. However, I just got off the phone with another Doctor at a fertility clinic in Waterloo, and the difference was night and day. She provided insight, next steps, a plan, advice and moreover was encouraging. For the first time since starting this journey, I feel like I have someone on my side, helping me through this. Dr. Reilly may be ok with some things, but if you are going through the highly emotional and treacherous journey of fertility issues, I would not recommend him.

Very kind and knowledgeable specialist -- great bedside manner. I feel a bit bad wondering why I was sent to Palmerston when I live in Guelph, but he assured me it was to push past the long waitlist. Dr. Reilly kept me calm and informed through my appointment and I would refer him to anyone who needs his expertise. 10/10.

Dr Reilly is an amazing doctor. He took the time to fully explain everything and make sure all my questions were answered. He did my hysterectomy (2017) and 2 years later ovary removal and was amazing both times. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a transfer of care due to low platelets in pregnancy, he was the responding doctor. My midwives talked to him and he agreed to break my water then wait and see if labour would naturally progress. At the hospital he broke my water and I was instantly hooked up to pitocin. He then left to go back to his practice. When it came time to push he showed up last minute l, without a glove on one hand, checked me, demanded a c-section, them told me to push anyways, then gave me a catheter against my will, removed it, used a vacuum on my baby as the baby was crowning because it was not "coming fast enough" then he stitched me up and I never saw him again.

Although he seems friendly, he did not disclose the details of a procedure he recommend I undertake which was incredibly invasive and painful. He did not prepare me for the fact I would need to take the day off of work, or that there would be cramping and bleeding following the procedure. I felt violated - you're suppose to be able to trust your doctor to make sure you understand what's going to happen. Either he's ignorant and expected me to use Dr. Google for details, or he's incompetent. I honestly hope for other women's sake that he was just forgetful and lazy. You roll the dice with him, and I'd recommend seeing a different physician.
