She was way too quick to insist on a c-section for my baby based on him being "too big" he was due days before Christmas, I felt like scheduling my son's birth made things easier for her. She also didn't like my weight gain and told me to " lay off the donuts. "

My husband and I made an appointment with Dr. Song when we first started getting serious about starting a family to see if we should do a health check before officially trying. Once Dr. Song realized that we hadn't been trying long, she laughed and said, "it's so easy 16 year olds can do it" and got ready to wrap up our meeting. We were shocked. Not only was that incredibly inappropriate but I had to ask her to come back because we had some questions. She answered 2 of them and again rushed to the door.

I absolutely loved her. I had my daughter with her almost 11 years ago. She was very concerned for my gestational diabetes, and diagnosed me with pre eclampsia. I would highly recommend her to anyone!! She was very compassionate to me, and really encouraged me in the delivery room. If I could have another kid, I would be going back to see her!!! She was amazing!!!

Don't come to this women if you are overweight or unmarried or young. I was 19 when I got pregnant, 20 at his birth. At the time I didn't know any better, she was rude and insulting to me. Told me I was not to gain any weight during my pregnancy because I was already heavy. Tried to refuse to give me an IUD after because I was not married, and she told me it would encourage me to be promiscuous. Apparently my 2 year relationship and six month engagement with my sons father wasn't enough for her. She mocked me because of a body piercing and to top it all off told me to come in when she was on call 3 weeks before my due date if I had the slightest labor or false labor contractions because she was tired of dealing with me pregnant. I had had preterm labor at 27 weeks and was on bed rest, and I had called a couple times with questions because of labor contractions and apparently that constitutes being a pain to her. The other Doctors at the womens center are much better, see them.

Dr. Song is the most awesome doctor I have met in a long time. She's confident and honest and darn good at what she does. Perhaps I might see that she could offend someone who lacks confidence in themselves, but I don't think she would really mean to. She's just blunt. But, I love it. She's amazing!

Dr. Song was highly recommended to us after having two miscarriages. She is an amazing doctor who is very knowledgeable and personable. I felt very comfortable with her and was able to ask just about any questions without feeling dumb. Not once during my pregnancy did I feel that I was not in good hands. Also, we were so fortunate to have had Dr. Song deliver our baby when it came time. The front desk staff, however, is a different story. There would be time where I'd stand there waiting to be checked in or out and they would take awhile to assist me because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Also, there has been times where I would make an appointment and would show up only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. It would make me so furious because taking time off of work to attend these hour long appointments isn't easy. Overall, I love Dr. Song and would definitely go back to her again if I ever decide to have another child.

Loved Dr.Song! We had to change to a doc closer to home and for my first experience at a different place, not only was she awesome, so was the staff who helped us at Good Sam. Dr. Song was always friendly and sincere and always willing to answer questions.

I absolutely love Dr. Song. I felt like I had gained a friend after she delivered both of my children. She was so thoughtful and caring. I trusted all recommendations that she had for me. I would go back to her again and again.....but I am all done. I do highly recommend her! She is incredible!

Awful experience. I waited months for my appt, drove 30 miles, then was told she wasn't in that day due to illness. They hadn't called me to cancel the appt. When I finally did see her, she made me feel like a second-class citizen because I am overweight. She basically told me I was too fat to become pregnant and she would only help me after I had lost 60 pounds. She ran additional blood tests she didn't discuss with me, and her office made an appt with a specialist without consulting me. When I said I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Song again or the specialist, they didn't cancel the appt that they had made without my permission!

I like Dr. Song. The problem that I have is the receptionist who is unfriendly and not helpful. I feel that someone should be able to tell me how much these visits are costing me. I have asked about costs of certain tests and I keep getting that its included in my package. What package??? (Im a materinity patient). No one can seem to explain to me what my estimated fees are or what my insurance will cover. Also every appointment I have made with this office has been rescheduled by them and I have been moved to different dates and times. Every appointment I have waited for an hour to see the doctor. What's the point of making an appointment when you have to wait an hour? They seem overbooked with patients and everyone seems to be herded through like cattle. I work in the medical field and Im disappointment about how thier office is ran. Hopefully this review helps someone make a informed desision. I am in the process of looking for a new doctor.
