Rude doctor and staff. He has no bedside manners. Just gets the job done. He doesn't care if you come back or not. He needs to retire. Not much personality. Staff is short, degrading, and rude.

Excellent Doctor - short to the point and knows how to fix what is bothering you. If you want coddling, sweetness go somewhere else. The guy is all business and is extremely well respected in the medical community.

Narcisstic and disrepectful doc, rude staff- stay far away. After urgent care got me thru a bad toenail hacking job on my part and gave me some home care instructions I saw Mr. Smith to remove the detached embedded corner. He was 45 min late, listened 30 secs then proceeded to tell me about his 15,000 patients, how he sees people like me 3 times/day and my thinking was "faulty". I pointed out the toenail on both biggies were growing great since I started caring properly, he laughed at my "conservative" homecare and began talking to me like I was 5 and although I again showed him the proof, he kept patronizingly laughing, shaking his head and telling me it will FAIL. He is egotistical and condescending. But SILVER LINING: for the first time ever, I stood up in the middle of a doc appointment, put my shoes on, and told him if he couldn't speak to me with respect, i will find another doc and left. And got my $50 copay back.

Dr. Smith is a caring, knowledgable doctor. He was friendly and kind. I would recommend him for anyone needing a podiatrist. His staff is warm and friendly as well. Best experience I've had with a doctor in ages!

This man was over scheduled, which maybe caused his rude, abrupt manner, however that was not our fault. My mother needed help with her terribly sore feet, he was rough with her (she is 92) when he decided to trim one of her toenails on her raging hurting feet, he stopped and said "do you want me to continue or not; i have other patients waiting" He left the room without a goodby, just as he entered without a hello, just "tell me what's the problem"...did not introduce himself or even look at me. Then we wait 3 days for him to report on her blood work. I had to keep calling to get the result; he never did give us a call back even though i was told the results were sitting on his desk. This office is mismanaged and the doctor (?) is rude. Would not recommend him nor ever seek his assistance again. We waited 45 min to get to see him. For a podiatrist, wouldn't you think it would have wheelchair access? Not even.

Dr. Smith gave me many options for treatment, including surgery, but instead of pushing for it, he gave me the information and let me make the decision to have surgery. He wanted to try some simpler and less expensive solutions first. He has a lot of knowledge and experience.

Dr. Smith performed bunionectomies on both of my feet. I highly recommend him. Both feet were extremely compromised prior to the surgery. Some people may perceive him as arrogant, however my perception is that he is confident. One must follow his detailed and thorough instructions. After all, he is the expert. My surgeries have both been very successful. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.
