I recently moved to the area and needed to find a pain management clinic for my wife and myself under stressful conditions recently. I mistakenly called Dr. Kyle Moore to see if we could be seen, not knowing his firm helped people stop taking opiates, not performed pain management functions. Regardless, I got a call back that day from Dr. Moore who spoke to me plainly (which as an engineer I love and respect) and even though I was nowhere near a candidate for his services, he went over and above to help me find the right kind of pain management center and finally told me that if I ever just wanted to talk I could ring him up. IOW I got the feeling the he really *cared*, something sadly lacking from most of the doctors here in the Bay area...
