He is Unprofessional and rude. Quick to give a prescription with out even touching you he is more into his fashion than he is into his patients I was very disappointed
I went to him about my blood pressure after leaving the emergency room he was suppose to monitor. My pressure but instead he just kept writing me prescriptions. I went from one medicine to 5 after I realize my pressure was stabilize with 2 meds by me monitoring it he got upset when I ask him why do I still have to take the remaining 3 other meds he said. If. I don’t continue to take them I can find another doctor. Mind you my pressure have be steady 133/76 after. I changed my eating and took 3 of the meds he also took a blood test to check my pressure and. The. Realized the blood was suppose to be frozen for that particular test.....so he wanted me to go to a lab and let them draw blood again for the same test because his office could not freeze the blood ok.... my question is why he did not know the blood have to be frozen for this test ? Not food

I came in as a new client for a physical and some health issues but after waiting 40+ mins Dr. Zack Charkawi came in and told me that i can either have a physical or he can address my concerns.I let him know about having trouble breathing my whole life headaches and ear pain. after few seconds of basic checking he said that i have swollen lymph nodes and allergies. nurse came in & gave me a prescription for swollen lymph nodes and a referral to a neurologist. i asked her about my ear pain headaches breathing? She said doctor is now w another patient, i would have to wait again to see him. I had then been there over an hr told her i just need the referral at least to see the NET doctor. She said that he didn't tell her that so she cant get it and that im free to go see another doctor elsewhere. When I went to explain my concern to the office manager the nurse came up and told her that the doctor said for me to leave or to have my physically removed. Mind you i am also 9 months pregnant!

He's a very polite doctor, very educated, gives me the time I need when I am there for my vists. There has been a couple of times when he was rushed, but overall I would recommend him to anyone for primary care.
