I definitely want to share my experience with Dr. Pratt on the recent outcome of my surgery from a different perspective than most here. I am Male and 31 years old, recently I did a difficult Gynecomastia rework (second intervention) following a previous intervention when I was only 18 years old. To date I have had three mayor surgeries in different countries and continents and therefore I believe to have good references to compare Dr. Pratt abilities with other leading doctors and Surgeon Centers. Before I finally decided to undergo Gynecomastia Surgery with Dr. Pratt I spend almost three months finding the right surgeon as previous intervention was not successful and left poor aesthetic results behind. When I came across Dr. Pratt one of the things that inmeditaly called my attention is that he had by far more natural pictures before and after results than any other doctor. I decided and he was able to accommodate for an appointment in less than two weeks. You will be surprised when you talk to different doctors, all of them have different approaches every single time, so was also Dr. Pratt’s approach. He is a very knowledgeable person easy to approach and very understanding, not only with physical aspects but also the emotional and psychological effects in a very integral manner. Dr. Pratt definitely separates himself from the average surgeon trying to truly achieve natural results, and nature tends to be perfect in its creation and so does Dr. Pratt trying everything possible to make no exception to this rule. The entire process from the first day until six month layer was flawless, starting with the facilities, his team but even more his unique approach to obtain the desired results. He did not only avoid certain procedures that other doctors mentioned such as Magnetic Resonance and larger cuts in visible tissue, he went straight to “we can make this without cuts” and wow! Six month later I received a CD with the pictures before and after (first time ever from any Doctor) and I can only say Thank You again for everything. It is difficult to find doctors like him and you only will know if you made the right choice after the surgery. One thing that most people never talk about is the recovery after a invasive surgery, the scar treatment and pain medication. Pain medication can be have multiple secondary effects to long and short term memory but also to intelligence and your connection between mind and body. Surgeries do normally have always this shadow side and Dr. Pratt is definitely the gentlemen that makes sure everything is accounted for and explained to you in full extend. I can assure that he takes care of his patients not for reputation but because of his passion.

I just wanted to express my deep thanks and gratitude to Dr. Pratt, and his wonderful staff at the Kirkland office. I have looked for years, waiting to be able to get my abdominoplasty. I have looked in various cities, including Nashville, Denver, and Seattle, and from reviewing educational, certifications, experience and photo galleries; I decided to schedule with Dr. Pratt. I was very excited, and hopeful, because my abdomen and skin received extensive damage after my first 9lb. baby! I want to strongly recommend anyone looking for an excellent and natural looking result to go to Dr. Pratt. His staff (secretarial staff, anesthesia, and nursing personnel)- were wonderful. Everyone remembered my name; Dr. Pratt called personally after surgery to check on my progress, sent me flowers, and gave me a warm robe (that I practically lived in for a few weeks)! I am over the moon pleased with my result, and should I decide to proceed with any other procedures, will only go to one surgeon in Washington!

Dr. Pratt took me from flat mosquito bites to woooowww girll. I was scared of going too big and he ended up with a size that is actually perfect for my frame taking into account my asymmetry. He is knowledgeable and has very realistic expectations. Each person of the staff I met were very kind and caring!

Stay away from this doctor. He is not competent and will not listen to your concerns. I don't want to write a long review. He was supposed to enhance my looks, did nothing but the opposite. Also rushes you, he just doesn't care. You are just a number.

Dr. Pratt and his surgical team is fantastic. Shannon, care coordinator/consultant, is an integral part of his practice as she is who ensured that my needs were met and concerns addressed. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into making a decision. Shannon and Dr. Pratt took their time to educate me and make recommendations based on what I wanted. They were very transparent on costs, procedures, risks, and expectations. Pre-op and Post-op instructions and any recommendations were very helpful and clear. I appreciated the lovely flower arrangement that was sent by Dr. Pratt's clinic after my surgery. They also called me to check in and make sure I was doing okay. Follow-up appointments that fit my limited schedule were very easy to get. I look forward to working with Dr. Pratt, and his team, again in the future if I find the need for his many other services.

I interviewed and asked Dr Pratt for advice on an abdominoplasty. I found him to be warm, interactive and very informative. It was a very large surgery and I was concerned about the results due to my age and previous surgeries. I am now 2 weeks post op and am very, very pleased with the results. He was able to do the surgery in his surgery suite as an outpatient. I was on my way home in 8 hrs and just did fine at home. I was very impressed with Dr Pratt, his office staff, his OR and anesthesia staff and the facility itself. I would certainly recommend Dr Pratt to anyone.

My first appointment with Dr. Pratt was in 2011 for a second opinion. In 2003 I had a procedure for gynecomastia with another surgeon. Unfortunately, the excess chest skin and gynecomastia that remained after this first surgery was very unappealing and I was willing to accept large scars to remove the tissue as a compromise. Dr. Pratt was very confident that he could improve the appearance of my chest with just liposuction, no cutting of skin or gland tissue. Avoiding large scars was very appealing, however I was skeptical. My previous surgeon had told me tissue removal would be necessary for any improvement in appearance. Now, 3 years after my minimally invasive liposuction procedure with Dr. Pratt, my gynecomastia is gone and I have about 95% resolution of the excess skin. It wasn't until I saw the before pictures that I realized the magnitude of the change in my appearance. My procedure with Dr Pratt was very successful in allowing me to wear any kind of shirt or no shirt at all!

Dr. Pratt recently performed gynecomastia surgery on me. My experience throughout this process has been extremely pleasant, quick, and painless. I have always had excess breast fat and felt self-conscious in my everyday life. I did everything from dieting to exercising and still nothing helped. Whenever I would tell people close to me about it, I would get the usual "Why don't you just do push ups?" I realized surgery was the only option. I researched many doctors in Washington state. I read up on their medical background. After emailing via Dr. Pratt's website, I received an email from one of Dr. Pratt's Patient Care Coordinators. She was able to address any concerns and put me at ease. She quoted me a price range that was reasonable. I met with Dr. Pratt for my consultation felt confident that he would be able to help me. He is incredible at what he does and has a lot of experience. I recommend Dr. Pratt to anyone out there looking into getting this type of surgery.
