I called to schedule my husband an appointment. They told me someone would call me back to schedule appointment, its been over a month and no call. My husband has been a patient for many years. I am now looking for a new Dr. which is sad because my husband really liked him.

This is one of the most helpful doctors I've ever met. He is a sweetheart and so is his staff. I was a new patient this month and it was as if they had all known me for years, everyone from the front desk to the doctor was very caring. A bit of a long wait time, but it was worth it.

Dr. Rosario has a new office and it is much easier to get an appointment. He is the best G.I. doctor. He has been my Doctor since 2002. He had me stable for years. I just scheduled because I'm having issues again. He treated me when I had a GI Bleed from Ischemic Colitis. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. You may have a little time getting your first appointment. He is busy because he is so good.

Best doc in town but the phone staff? Not so much. Long waits yes but it's because he is THAT good. So nice. Always smiling. They ordered the wrong med for me in mail order and would not rectify it but thank God the mail in pharm gave me a credit! Lots of mix ups in the office as far as appts go etc. Wish I could leave the office but take the doc with me ha!

I personally think Dr. Rosario is a good doctor not excellent but good. Definitely not worth the wait. Every time I come in for my appointments he never seems to run on time. I have waited at least an hour to hour and a half and the entire office including the doctor seem to think there is nothing wrong with that. I continue to come hoping that Dr. Rosario would notice but it seems like that will never happen. I my self work at a doctors office and know that spending some time waiting for a doctor is perfectly normal but waiting that long every single time is not. Completely unexceptionable.

Dr. Rosario Made me wait 2 hours and didn't have the respect to even say "sorry for the wait". Horribly rude the rest of the very quick appointment. Would not let me explain my situation. Dr. Angel Rosario seemed to only care about doing a follow up scope on me which I would have to pay out of pocket. He didn't try to answer any of my questions. I still have no clue why Im feeling as I am- and no idea why I need the procedure he suggested. Looked it up and its not at all what I need. In fact its very unnecessary. I was pleasant and didn't complain- was willing to work with him to figuring out my issue. But he seemed uninterested. Never had a doctor make me feel so invaluable. What it comes down to is more appointments to scope so he can gain more money, not really helping the client.

Great doctor but...poor staff and terrible wait time. Always have to wait 2-3 hours for a 5-10 visit

I have only seen Dr. Rosario once. He listens better than most doctors, is helpful and polite. He has already gone above and beyond by accepting my insurance, although it is not taken by his practice, thus he makes less $$. He could have been a little more informative, although no Doc is perfect. I believe he will clarify specifics at my next visit(s). He is better than the average doc. He has a good ear, he is comforting and has a big heart... Highly recommended- BUT, Be Warned- His staff is a joke. They are incompliant, lazy, uninformed and Rude as can be. If you get though the staff without more G.I. pain, you’re lucky because you'll get the help you need.
