RNI was TERRIBLE about following through to contact a DME with my results to get my CPAP. Over a month. Completely unprofessional. Avoid them!

Great place to have capable, caring professional take the time to exam and order the test needed in diagnosing your challenging illness. No games played here, only data and professional knowledge used here to get to a diagnosis and plan of care for your illness. 5 Stars for Dr. Rowe.

went to RNI for Neuropathic Pain from burn scars. I was wanting to see a Neurologist Psychologist. They would not even talk with me about my problems.

They quickly scheduled me for thousands of dollars of tests for problems I did not have. This was within the week, so I did not realize what was going on until it was too late. Their sleep study was a horrible nightmare. I do not have any sleep problems. And still they tried to sell me one of the sleep apnea devices afterwards based on a very poorly done sleep study.

They falsified my initial visit report, and refused to correct it when I emailed them about it twice. This was not an oversight, it was blatant and obvious fraud.

They charged all this my Medicare and Medigap insurance. I filed a fraud complaint with Medicare.

I never got any help and all with my problem. They just made it worse because now I'm so angry.

Dr. Rowe and his staff are very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I did have to wait a while to see him, but he explained that all of his patients get 100 percent of his attention when he is with them as he wants to figure out what is wrong and get it corrected, if he can. I highly recommend Rowe Neurology Institute, Dr. Rowe and all the physicians in the institute.

No consideration for the patient. Lots of tests, expensive ones, which MUST be done there. Waited 6 weeks for results! Rude people who care more about their research than about their patients. Run, don't walk away from here.

I was so encouraged and full of hope after meeting with Dr. Rowe. I did all the things requested of me, agreed to all of the tests, etc. However, I began having issues with the office staff the minute Dr. Rowe left my room and the girl who was in charge of moving my paperwork to get me out of the office "forgot" about me. Another woman came in and apologized saying that the girl who forgot about me was new. No sweat, I was thrilled that I was finally getting help. Long story short, the office is blaming a technical problem for the reason that they were not receiving my voicemails and were not returning my calls. I was hung up on by one of their staff members, when I complained about this & said that I did not want to do any tests moving forward that RNI did not have a preauth for but that I did want to have my botox (for migraines) done because Amber, (who was consistently a great help) and I had worked very hard to get my preauth moved, Rose told me that I could not do that and was being dismissed from their practice as a patient. Please people, read ALL of the reviews that are out there for this practice before going. I did and went anyways because they came highly recommended to me from one person. Unfortunately, that one person's experience seems to have been the exception where all of the negative reviews seem to give a very accurate portrayal of how RNI handles their business and clients.

I really appreciated how quickly you were able to get me in for my first appointment. The kindness of the office staff is amazing and greatly appreciated. Additionally, the amount of knowledge each doctor seems to have and how capably they are able to relay it is very helpful. I have worked with Dr.Weingarner and he is a very, kind, capable doctor. Amber, also, went above and beyond to help me with insurance company issues. Grateful to have you all on my team.

The physicians at RNI actually take the time to listen to the patients needs and answer any questions you have about your condition or current medications. I don't feel like a number or cattle being herded through the gates as quickly as possible (which is the way it seems at most offices).

This was my one year check up with Dr. Winegarner regarding my Parkinson's Disease. There was some difference from last year to now and he talked about the options (surgical and pharmaceutical). I elected a change in meds so we'll try it out for the next 6 months.
