STAY AWAY FROM DR. WILLIAM T. MONACCI HAD A LAMINECTOMY SURGERY FROM HIM IN 2013 AND HE NEVER GOT ALL THE DISC OUT.. DR. MONACCI KEPT SAYING IT WAS NERVE DAMAGE IT WILL GET BETTER, WELL 2 YEARS LATER NEVER GOT BETTER BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THERE WAS A SMALL DISC LEFT ON MY NERVE, DR. MONACCI SHOULD HAVE SEEN THIS FROM THE 2ND MRI, BUT INSTEAD HE TRYED TO RUSH ME BACK TO WORK, WHAT A JOKE PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE

I am in the early stages of recovery I was what I am told was the highest level of back surgery Dr Monache performs in my opinion he is one of the most caring, understanding, friendly but down to earth no nonsense no BS doctors if you are not in trouble don't go to him because he'll figure you out in a second as for his physician's assistant Matt I don't have enough good words for him as well Lancaster neuroscience is top notch I highly recommend I have spent the last three years of my life playing on a sofa I am only 20 days post op so I'm not running circles around myself but I can already feel relief it makes me cry to just even talk about it I'm so grateful I OS him and Matt my life and I just hope as I progress and get better I can return to my nursing career in some form and help others in my position

Dr Monacci is a wonderful human being and a top notch surgeon. Its a shame that people who try to defraud insurance companies with bogus injuries feel it necessary to write defaming comments on here. I would go out and try to find a job instead of posting comments on these websites. Dr Monacci is retired from the Army and can see through a sham in a second. I trust this man wholeheartedly. Please disregard these negative remarks as they are from bitter people who are not patients of Dr. Monacci.

Absolutely horrifying. Monacci is a quack with a colossal ego. I'm grateful I sought a second opinion. Don't go anywhere near this bogus workers comp sell out loser. A complete waste of time and a negative contribution to the deteriorating state of our country's healthcare. You'd be better off going to Pep Boys for help.

Dr. Monacci and his staff have been nothing short of amazing. His entire staff have been polite, courteous and always willing to help. Matt Miller has also been a great asset during and after my procedure. I have an enormous amount of respect for Dr. Monacci's treatment for veterans and for his service. I've seen more then my share of Dr.'s for my condition and I'm so thankful I found and settled with Dr. Monacci. Thank you Dr. Monacci and your entire staff, you all are truly a class act.

Dr Monacci performed surgery on my back to remove a substance that was putting pressure on the spinal cord. He and his surgical team get an A+++ from my experience. From pre op to post op, my experience with Dr. Monacci,
P.A. Matt Miller his assistant, and staff, have been nothing short of fantastic. Bedside manner included. Dr. Monacci would be my personal recommendation to anyone needing his professional medical/surgical expertise.

I was very nervous about going into having back surgery. Most people I spoke with did not have a very good experience in having back surgery, except for my neighbor man who highly recommended Dr. Monacci. He had a very positive experience and assured me I would have the same. He was right! Everyone from the office staff, Dr. Monacci, and all the staff at the Lancaster General Hospital were excellent! I am doing great and would recommend Dr. Monacci to anyone.

Dr. Manacci is the best. When he first saw me he recommended trying pain management and PT with another Dr. It wasn't until that didn't work that we talked about surgery. He was the best at preparing me for what he would do and how I would respond. After the surgery his bed side manors along with all follow up appointments were of a caring manor. I am always pleased to tell people who my surgeon was and to highly recommend Dr. Monacci to others. He cares about his patients and it shows in both his work and his attitude. Dr. Monacci and his staff are the BEST!

Dr Monnaci is and has always been the most polite, knowledgable, and helpful Doctor I have ever dealt with. I always feel very comfortable when visiting the office, both with the staff and the Doctor. I recommend him to all my friends and family because I have the utmost trust in him and his associates.

I am very pleased with Dr. Monacci. With my age and the condition of my back, I am amazed I can do the things I do. Dr. Monacci has done two lumbar surgeries with four fusions with hardware. While I still have back pain when working, I have no nerve pain in my legs, I can sleep the full night and can walk like a normal person. I fell off the top of a hay truck when I was 14 and have had back trouble all my life, I am now 68 and plan to live and work many more years.
