I have not gotten to meet the doctor so my review is based only on the experience I had with the front desk. I made an appointment approximately 4 weeks in advance. I carefully discussed all the details with the receptionist on the phone. When I called to confirm my appointment I was told that my appointment is for a different day. I insisted that she checks but instead she put me repeatedly on long holds, and said sorry nothing I can do for you. We went back and forth for 20 minutes, there was no apology, nor trying to redress the situation. After almost half an hour I got extremely aggravated and asked for a manager, and the receptionist hanged up the phone on me. I called back and asked to have the manager call me back. 4 days later I got a call back from the manager who told me not to go back there because I was rude to the staff. She didn't ask what happened, did not want to hear anything I said, but repeated the same thing again and again that they will not see me. This office is a shame to what customer service or dealing whit customers or patients should be. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Long waits in office over booked doesn't care enough to come see you in the hospital when your dying because he messed up on your delivery won't give you medicine I hope he looses his license soon for malpractice

I recently switched to Dr Forghani's office and could not be happier!! He took all my concerns away in that first visit, answered all my concerns, gave me an ultrasound i was told by previous doctor i would have to pay for out of pocket, and checked the well being of my baby right there with a smile and great attitude. Even though he found some concerning factors previous dr overlooked he still managed to ease my worries as i know i am in safe hands!! I was referred to Dr Forghani and i will refer others!

I have 3 kids and 2 of them have been delivered by Dr.Forghani. My husband and I love him as my OBGYN and will def go to him with any other kids we have.He has friendly staff and Dr Forghani is very helpful and always answers all your questions. I would def recommend him to ppl and have to my friends.

Dr. M. Forghani was not only my doctor during pregnancy, but also was my mom's, sister's, cousin's, and 2 of my aunt's doctor during their pregnancy! He is such a great ob/gyn doctor. He always answers any question you have. He always managed to put a smile on my face, not only with his care but also with his great sense of humor. His staff always made sure that I was comfortable in each visit. They were all very nice.
