Saw Dr. Bumpers for the first time today. Was very impressed with him and his staff. He did not rush me and answered all my questions. We made a game plan and I left feeling very confident.

went for a procedure in his office, worst experience ever. they just want to get through the line of patients, you know, one in one out every couple of minutes. they are not worried if it is your first time going thru the procedure or if it is something you do every month, they just want to be done with you and go to the next patient. I felt like I was being kicked out after the doctor spent less than a minute with me (because he was probably seeing several patients at the same time) If you live in Northwest Arkansas and can find another Urologist, do it and avoid going through the same bad experience I did

Dr. Bumpers is very knowledgable however he is really short with his answers and acts as if you are wasting his time when you visit his office for follow up care. He made me feel like wanting to find answers to my medical condition was not his problem and that he had more important patients to see.

Very caring, efficient and on top of his game, treated me successfully for bladder cancer and I could not be more pleased with his care.
