I have been a patient at Rockhill for 20+ years. Long time patient of Dr Krueger who has retired so started seeing Dr Halberstadt. I have seen several others in this practice and have always had good experiences at this clinic.

I love Dr. Halberstadt! I chose her after many awful appointments with other "female" doctors. I would skip my yearly appointments because of previous experiences with other doctors in other practices. When I got pregnant with my son I chose her because of all of her years of experience and doing some research. She is wonderful. She delivered my son and I had a mostly great experience (minus some nurses, nothing to do with her!). She was in surgery and came running to me as fast as possible afterwards to deliver my baby.

I recently went through a miscarriage and through the whole process, she showed nothing but kindness and care. She explained things to me if I had questions, never made me feel bad and she eased my nerves before surgery. She hugged me more than once, squeezed my hand almost like I was one of her children. She always makes me feel cared about.

I believe for the people that don't like her "bedside manner", they may not understand her personality. She is serious but also smiles a lot and makes you feel important.

I will continue going her as long as I can! My husband loves her as well!

Dr. Halberstadt is very caring, informative and listens well. She offered solutions for health concerns that I hadn't considered. I feel that I am well taken care of, with the most advanced health guidance currently available. I am very comfortable having Dr. Halberstadt taking care of me!

This woman is rude. I had a horrible experience having her as my doctor through my only pregnancy. That was 7 years ago, and I still think about how cold and rude she was to me. I'm mad at myself for not switching during my pregnancy.

At first, I liked Dr. Halberstadt. But she did not seem very supportive of my decision to try for a drug and intervention free delivery. Shortly after my 20 week appointment, she commented that I was starting to put on weight and that I needed to exercise and cut back my salt intake because "if I gained too much weight my baby would be too big to deliver vaginally." I waited it out but continued to be uncomfortable. After I got the results for my glucose testing back, I switched to the midwives at Midwest Women's Healthcare and regret only that I did not switch sooner. And by the way, I continued to gain weight, even with a healthy diet and exercise, and my baby was not even 8 pounds and delivered vaginally!

She is always very thorough and I love that she encourages you to ask questions. She doesn't act like any quesiton is too dumb to ask. She is very good at what she does.

Dr. Halberstadt is an awesome Dr. I loved her for how she took care of me during my pregnancy with compassion but honesty. She always listened to my concerns and helped reassure me without making me feel dumb for being concerned. But what is best about her is her thoroughness. She found a problem with my thyroid during a routine exam that most doctors would not have even noticed. Her attention to detail allowed me to get early treatment for what ended up being a serious problem. She will be my only gynecologist from now on. She does an outstanding job.
