Dr. Green does his own cleanings and provides minimal preventive care. He left a large gap between my crown and tooth that, despite daily flossing, requires remedial care and oral surgery. He blames it all on me and fired me when a repudiated his claim.

Most of the work was done by his hygeinist. She allowed a young girl to make the mold for my crown. The girl got the mold stuck and almost ripped my teeth out. They are rude and try to push multiple root canals on you. The crown they made is not flat on the surface, but instead shaped like a bowl which causes me to bite the side of my mouth every time I try to eat. Do NOT recomment.

BEWARE! I've been his patient for a few years and had tons of work done. Found him through Groupon deal and has the lowest self pay rates in the area. Office is clean, in a good area, no wait times, easy to schedule prompt appointments.
Now for the negatives:
yes the equipment is outdated and yes he is extremely cold and unperson-able as others have commented, but that can be overlooked as long as the quality of work is there; unfortunately it is not. He is rough in your mouth and hasty. I've had to go back a couple of times (different teeth) because debris (glue from the crown according to him), which looked and felt like a shard was trapped between my teeth causing pain and swelling (never had that problem with my crowns from previous dentists). I have gaps where he has done work that collects tons of food (never had this problem before), but the worst of all offences is not from my own suspicions and critique....I changed dentists due to insurance and was told and shown by the Endo that the crown that Dr. Green put (8 mo. prior) has a gap in the margin where bacteria can get in and cause an infection and needs to be replaced. (needless to say that I was at the Endo to get that tooth root canaled because it got infected) He also saw in the xray that the tooth next to it that Dr. Green did a root canal on has a misaligned post, which could cause a fracture. When I emailed the Endo's notes and x-rays to Dr. Green's office, his comment (through the office staff) was that he's not going to do anything about it. He didn't even ask me to come in and evaluate it himself. I'm leaving out all the unprofessional things that his one staffer said on the phone, although pertinent to their level of care toward their patients, I think the lack of quality of work and the unwillingness to take responsibility for it is the more egregious offence.

I met Dr. Michael Green and his staff today for the first time and I thought they were all great! The doctor and his staff seem to run an efficient office! I was taken back right on time and enjoyed my overall experience. Dr. Green did part of the cleaning and he was very gentle. I also appreciate that the staff did not pressure me into unnecessary dental work.

I introduced myself as a new patient with an upcoming appointment. I asked to take a quick tour of the office to check things out prior to my visit. I was flat out told NO! We don't let anyone in back unless your have work done! Really? I wanted to know the cleanliness, sterilization techniques and actually see this for myself. I hope the office reads this and changes their policy because in the world we live in people need piece of mind.

I felt that their pricing is a bit high. I was shocked when I received a piece of paper stating what I would have to pay for some work. In addition, I was given the info by the staff, not the dentist himself. It would have been nice for him to return and explain some of the issues that I had instead of having his staff explain. They need to work on reducing pricing on some work, so that people who cannot afford dental work will return and have whatever is needed done.

Customer Service in not in their vocabulary and his wife to work there she is even worse and obviously does not see there is plenty of dental office in the area. He still has his old equipment but anyone can deal with that but not unfriendly staff.
