I have been seeing Dr Riordan for about 3 years for a variety of skin issues and I could not be happier with her. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She is never pushy and I always feel great when I leave her office.

Dr Riordan is a good doctor. Her front desk staff can be very difficult to deal with. They can be short and rude with patients. I don't take any trouble they toss my way. Dr Riordan has been very helpful to my whole family.

I would not go back because of office staff. I can not rate doctor due to the fact that appointment was made, I showed up on time for appointment and then was told I had no appointment scheduled for that day. I was told I messed up and came the wrong day. Which in fact was not the wrong day because I walked in the day before to schedule it and confirmed the appoint day and time twice with the person. The office lady was very curt, had no smile and seemed to not be able to handle the office. I seen 2 people one being the person I was scheduled with sitting and checking their smart phones. Maybe they should have picked up the phone or helped handle the patients coming in to help this sour women out. It is bad when your 12 year old says mom that lady is not very nice. Which by the way there was only 2 of us seeing the doctor or in my case the P.A. The lady never offered to reschedule at a convenient time for me gave me two choice which were the next day same time and the day after. Which did not work with my schedule. Never offered to see what they had next week or even the week after. Just left me standing there with those two options. Telling me I messed up. That could have been handled so differently. She could have said oh I am so sorry there must have been a mix up in scheduling I don't have you down for today. I am so sorry what would be another good time for you. Just because your a doctor's office does not mean you don't have to have customer service skills. So as far as the doctor goes if that is the kind of people she has helping her with her practice, I think I will go else where. Oh and yes they did have my name and phone number they could have made things right with me by calling me back and apologizing and giving me a few more options to making an appointment.

I received bills in error. I talked to the office manager and she acknowledged that the bills were sent in error and promised she'd fix it. I received multiple bills since then and had to call her every time. She kept saying she would fix it but never did. I had to file a complaint with BBB and they never responded to the complaint. Horrible, horrible, horrible communication! Don't waste your time and go to an office like this. There are plenty of other great doctors out there that will respect their patients and hire professional staff.

This doctor relates to patients very well and is extremely patient. She never talks down to you and gives all the time needed for each visit. She's been very kind and patient with my daughter who can sometimes be challenging. Each time we've needed to see her, she has treated and resolved each medical problem. Her staff could stand some improvement in relating to people, however, especially regarding insurance. It's not the patient's fault that insurance companies are often such a problem. I recommend this physician highly. She is both highly competent and very nice.

Excellent dermatologist. Very knowledgeable and great personality. She has taken off many moles, etc. I've had, but when it comes to a person's face, she is very careful and may refer some work to be done by a plastic surgeon due to scarring issues. I appreciate all she has done and my kids all go to her, too. I highly recommend her!

I was referred by my primary physician for some skin lesions. When I got there, I was informed that they stopped taking my insurance. I continued with the appt. anyway, and felt like it was a big waste of money. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me and told me to go to a plastic surgeon! I went to another dermatologist who removed the 3 small lesions, no problem.
