It is very difficult to get an appointment and customer service sucks. Dr. Elshihabi is UNRELIABLE!! I had a video appt but nobody ever called and then tried to charge me with a no show. I just now tried to make an appt. The girl put me on hold forever. I hung up and tried to call back but no one answered. Don't waste your time.

My Name is Janice Davis ad I live in the Mountains in Blue Ridge Ga. Dr. Elshihabi did Back Surgery on me two Months ago today. He is Wonderful!!!! I was in Soooo Much pain that I was crying, setting, standing, walking most everything. I would suggest anyone go to Dr. Elshihabi!!! He is Great!!!! He cares about You, is very considerate. and is Soooooo Knowledgeable!!! He is very Helpful and his staff is Fantastic!!!!!

I was treated by Dr. Elshihabi for a severe pinched nerve in my neck. I had the pinched nerve problem for over two years and tried lesser treatments (physical therapy, medication and epidurals). Immediately upon consulting with Dr. Elshihabi, I could tell he was a fine doctor and a kind man. After careful evaluation, he recommended, and I agreed, to undergo an anterior cervical discectomy with fusion. Since the day after surgery, I never had nerve pain again. Because he is a talented surgeon, Dr. Elshihabi significantly improved my quality of life. I recovered from surgery sooner than I expected, I returned to work with no problems and the incision area healed beautifully. If I, or my family, ever require treatment by a neurosurgeon in the future, I would not consider any other doctor but Dr. Elshihabi. A fine doctor, a kind man, and a talented surgeon.

Operated on me Oct of 2014 , surgery was C3,4 fusion . He is a no nonsense Surgeon , straight to the point . I healed without issues , unfortunately I re-injured and I am due back in shortly . ElShihabi did a great job , I was pain free in a few days . Highly recommend him , If you have a issue with the process of insurance or trying to deal with the triage of health care , welcome to the real world . This Guy is Great

I had a very bad experience Dr. Said Elshihabi he committed something which i would say is a medical fraud he did not even see me but charged both my insurance as well as co-pay. I reported that to Wellstar and Wellstar did not take any action. I would never recommend a person who has such a wrong business practice .

Dr. Elshihabi is talented and kind. He helped me through a very scary time and helped me feel comfortable. The results of his treating my spine issues are nothing short of miraculous. I will have my life back from pain and loss of motor control!
