Dr. Michael Gartner is the best plastic surgeon. He literally changed my life completey, I had breast enhancement done I got 450cc and I was a 34a before it was the worst being small I hated it I was self conscious couldn't even buy most tops cause I use to stuff my bra so much and look foolish. But now with the work I have done I feel amazing I look great finding a top and bra shopping is the best. I am obsessed with my look I am obsessed with my doctor just cause he made my breast look natural it doesn't look fake at all they just look amazing my gfs ask me all the time who's my doctor so they can get theres redone and of course I tell them I go to Dr. Gartner in paramus. I also got botox Done between my brows and he did an amazing job as well I recommend him to everyone that wants a natural looking Job and everyone that doesn't want to look fake I thank God everyday I found him and that he's literally 5min away from my home.

I highly recommend Dr. G. I had breast reduction and LOVE my results. My post surgery recovery was pain free and the recovery time was much shorter than expected. I am 54 and only wish I had had the surgery 10 years ago. Now I can't wait to go shopping to buy a swim suit and evening gown.

I had neck liposuction a few months ago and it looks really nice, exactly how I imagined it. It makes my jaw line look more feminine and defined, when before it was all saggy and lumpy. I got smartlipo, which is supposed to firm up your skin a bit too. I was concerned originally because I read that liposuction can make saggy skin worse, but apparently smartlipo is with a laser which is supposed to help tighten saggy skin. I came off the meds easy and woke up with no nausea. Dr. Gartner was very kind and so were all his staff.

I chose Dr. Gartner for rhinoplasty, twice. The first time, I felt he and his staff were very honest, professional and caring. Surgery went well and I healed quickly. I was delighted with the result. A year later I broke my nose, very badly. Now it has been a year since my last surgery. I had another great experience with him. My nose looks natural, fits my face. I would work with Dr. Gartner again, but hopefully not for my nose…I don’t want to break it again because it’s perfect now.

I had a breast augmentation last year by Dr. Gartner. He answered all my questions and concerns I had prior to surgery. He always made me feel very comfortable. His staff is also great. I love my results, very natural looking. I went from an A cup to a full C cup. He is an exceptional surgeon, I would highly recommend him.

My family was against my breast augmentation surgery but now they think there perfect. I have 2 friends with breast augmentations that went to other surgeons and everyone says my breasts look the best.. natural and fits my body. I got exactly what I wanted. The staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. My life has changed for the better. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin.
