I have only seen Dr Springer for a short time. We conceived naturally with our first child but are experiencing difficulty as we try for our 2nd. Dr Springer is the third doctor we've seen after referrals and so far he has been absolutely wonderful. His entire staff is attentive and the scheduling has been a breeze. I find the two negative reviews on this page very hard to beleive.

This fertility doctor and the entire setup is bologna. They set up a branch in Delnor Hospital, but the doctor is NEVER there and the nurse is very rude and disorganized. I was never able to talk to the doctor directly - one time his WIFE called me back and said that the Dr. would not be able to take my call, but that she would relay my message to him. I feel like they are spread way too thin with the Delnor location and that I didn't get any attention - it's just an uncaring money-making branch. Look into Dr. Rosenberg out of CDH - much more organized, caring and professional.

LOVE everything about Dr. Springer and the entire staff. Very helpful with everything, every step, every procedure, every phone call. I couldn't speak more highly of this group of individuals who help so many. I will forever appreciate their kindness and work ethic!!

Dr. Springer and his staff have supported us through many ups and downs in life. They are always willing to help and are always available! How many doctors will answer messages at any time, day or night? Dr. Springer cares enough about his patients to do so. He is extremely knowledgable, yet takes the time to make sure you understand everything.

I Loved Dr. Springer and his staff!! I had been going to another fertility doctor for about 2 1/2 years who i really never saw (only the nurses)and never really felt good going there. I was referred to Dr. Springer from some friends who assured me i would really like them and i did! Not only did i get pregnant on my first time doing ivf, but they were so kind,caring,and very informative! I ALWAYS saw the doctor at every appointment and if it wasn't an appt. to see him,he was always visible saying hello! The staff is awesome! they are so nice and compassionate and really take care of you! im so glad i made the switch and if i had to do it all over again i would for sure choose this clinic. You will not be disappointed!

A Great Staff..Couldn't have asked for a better doctor and staff. They have become another part of our family!! I would highly recommend then to anyone who needs to go through fertility treatments.

My husband and I are ever so grateful for Dr. Springer and all of his staff members. He guided us on a very difficult journey and was always hopeful and honest along the way. We were referred to him by 2 other friends and we thank them all the time for sending us his direction. He was there every step of the way. Dr. Springer truly cares about his patients and wants to be a part of every visit you make to his office. We now have a beautiful family and this would not be possible without his medical help, his compassion, and his support. We highly recommend that anyone taking this difficult journey speak with Dr. Springer and his staff. I have a feeling you won't look any farther once you speak with them.

Dr. Springer and his staff were amazing. I just concieved my 1st child through him and am well on my way to a healthy 1st baby!!! I cant say enough about the staff and Dr. Springer, they are just so amazing and positive. I can say that Dr. Springer 100% helped me to get where I am today which is almost 3months pregnant and going strong!!!!

We are currently working with Dr. Springer. We have not become pregnant yet, but are absolutely convinced that if anyone will be able to help- it will be Dr. Springer. We have done your homework for you. After our first cycle, we sought 2nd and 3rd opinions, not because we didnt trust the Dr. but because, well, we are not easy. Trust us of the Doctors we met Dr. Springer's care in incomparably superior. He is knowledgable and kind, timely and contemporary. He wants to work with you while creating the highest possible chances for success. His nursing staff is warm and professional. Rona in Geneva especially, but everyone...just great.Here are the differences....you will never wait for a return phone call more than a few hrs, most of the time they will answer right away, you will never be ill prepared or wondering what is going on-you will never feel like you are part of a herd-you will never doubt anyone's committment or knowledge of your case.
