I have received outstanding care from Dr. Owen. He performed surgery on my cervical spine with an excellent outcome. He is talented, compassionate, and considerate of the patient. He takes his time in explaining things, and welcomes any question from the patient.

My daughter had a very long stay at West Jefferson Hospital last summer, and although we went through a terrible ordeal with multiple shunt operations, Dr. Owen proved to be very meticulous in the procedures in which he was involved, was very caring, and helped to put my daughter at ease in what was a terrible health situation. I would recommend him on the merits of his professionalism, but most especially for his bedside manner.
