Dr Buckley is the best! If your looking for an endo she’s a great choice! Truly saved my life! I could not ask for a better physician. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an excellent bed side manner. Her clinic and staff are very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If I could give her 10 stars out of 5 I would!

Doctors and medical staff seemed good, however the office staff is horrible. They never told me at my appointment that they no longer accept my insurance plan. I now have multiple hundreds of dollars due to them. Completely unacceptable

I don't normally take the time to write a review, but I feel I must for Dr. Buckley. The other very negative review is alarming to me -- lots of terrible accusations about Dr. Buckley and her staff. Makes me remember there are always two sides. I come from a medical family and I know that doctors are only human and not perfect. However, that doesn't stop me from going totally OCD with doctors when I have a health issue. It helped me deal with a brain tumor and brain surgery that everyone at the time performed only 15-20 times a year. I traveled to LA and had treatment and surgery with a team that had been performing the surgery for 23 years and did 250 of them a year. Just a little background so that it is understood that I do my research when it comes to docs and ask many questions, you have to be the one who is proactive about your health. Regarding Dr. Buckley, I went to her for a suspicious thryroid nodule as a result of the ultrasound and a recommendation that I needed a FNB. The staff was nothing but courteous to me and Chris went out of her way to help and call me back to get me in for the biopsy as soon as possible. When I arrived that day, the office was swamped but not once did I feel like any of the staff was "burdened" with taking care of me. That included Stacy who assisted Dr. Buckley and was very caring and nice. Yes, the practice relies on computer tablets whenever possible. I didn't take exception to this and I certainly didn't think it impacted at all my interaction with Dr. Buckley. She took a lot of time with me, answered all my questions, made notes on her tablet instead of a chart, so what? The practice does all the ultrasound-guided FNB's there in the office and IMO is up with all the latest procedures including if a biopsy comes back as indeterminate, instead of recommending surgery they follow new guidelines and employ an advanced test after the FNB that can reduce the likelihood of surgery. This is not provided in every endocrinology practice at the moment. Dr. Buckley was very thorough with the FNB, had a very light touch and was constantly reassuring me. She also gave me a quick opinion that what she saw on the ultrasound indicated benign, which was confirmed two days later when they called me. She calmed me and helped me to not lose any sleep over it. I would highly recommend Dr. Buckley in the future.

I had a great experience with Dr. Buckley! She was incredibly patient with all of my questions and concerns. and she took the time to help me thoroughly understand what might be happening, and together we explored next steps. I texted this to a friend as I was leaving the office, "LOVE the endocrinologist I saw today. She's fabulous!!" I feel like I can completely trust Dr. Buckley and her staff.

Dr.Buckley has a very dismissive arrogant bedside manner . If you are looking for an endocrinologist who cares and listens she is not the one. I recommend Dr.Gerard in the same clinic.

I've been seeing doctor Buckley for serveral years. She is always very friendly, thorough and knowledgable. My only complaint is she refuses to prescribe Armour for hypothyroidism. She did provide her reasoning on behind the decision. However, it did not seem a good enough case to dissuade me from wanting to try it. So I am seeking another professional to provide it. And yes her office and all paitent rooms are done tastfuly/relaxing and not the standard medical blue or pink.

Well I post this contrary to the other two reviewers. Dr. Buckley diagnosed me with Thyroid cancer. She was matter afact and direct. She broke the news to me in a direct and professional manner. Dr. Buckley referred me to the most amazing Endosurgeon in town who is Dr. Kimberly Vanderveen who is my little angle doctor that is. So I am a guy and so where Dr. Buckley lacks in the lovey dovey treatment Dr. Vanderveen not is an amazing surgeon but has the lovey dovey side of things including a bit too much pink in her office. But what is great about Dr. Buckley is her extremely compentent talent for knowing what treatment to recommend to me and is no nonsence right on accurate for treatment. Plus Dr. Buckley's new office is green and orange... not pink.

This doc was demeaning and arrogant. She immediately began to talk without listening or answering questions. When I did not slavishly go along with every single recommendation she made, she demeaned me and belittled me. She also did not listen when I told her that some of her recommendations of medication had made me quite ill in the past. She also belittled me when I indicated I was unwilling to take a certain medication due to the nasty side effects. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone with Type I diabetes (my diagnosis).

Was in so many words irreverant of her duties for a person in such a trusted position. Unkind and, uncaring was how she wore her demeanor. I would never recommend her to a family member, a friend, nor an enemy!
