Patient at these offices since I was a child with Dr. Lopresti. Dr. Miller gives excellent care. Very disappointed when on of her support staff would not get my daughter's file to get insurance information out of it when I inadvertently left my insurance card for my son's appointment. My other son and my daughter had just had visits there, so all she had to do is get up from her desk and get the information. Instead she told me I must reschedule. I explained I would fax as soon as I got home. Not good enough. It took me about 45 minutes to get the the appointment to be turned away because a staff member would not get up from her desk to get insurance information.
