Dr Mcgowan is the Best. My wrist was broken in a truck ejection
I am so thankful that he is able to put me back together. Using screws and a plate at my wrist

I was involved in a terrible car accident. I sustained two major breaks; one in my arm and the other was multiple fractures (and part of it shattered) of the iliac crest. Dr. McGowan put metal plates in my arm and my hip and was able to control the bleeding in my hip. I am now walking and moving with ease and have full range of motion in both injured areas. He is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone needing Orthopedic surgery.

He changed my life. I had ruptured discs C4 & C5. The pain was so bad I wanted to check out of life. Others specialists couldn’t help. Dr. McGowan did surgery. I woke up post op singing for joy! That was 15 years ago. No problems since!!! Thankful God uses him to heal me!

Doctor McGowan is by far the best Orthopedic Surgeon I have been to. He always makes sure I understand what is going on with my back and makes sure I understand what he wants to do. I have never had any problems with him and he treats you like a person and not a paycheck. He is very friendly and caring.

In regards to the back street comment is farther than the truth. Maybe you have the wrong doctor. Dr McGowan worked on my back and he had good bedside manner while I was in the hospital. He listened to what I had to say and informed me of the best thing to do. He is very good at what he does and he does care about his patients.

Dr Mcgowan operated on my husband and did an awesome job. Over 80 percent of his L5 vertbra was gone due to cancer and he fixed so he is able to walk and hopefully have a long life when the cancer gets under control. He had two long surgeries to get him where he is and we can not THANK him enough.
